"When we arrived at the hotel we were not given the room we reserved and paid for . We were told because we have a dog we couldn't have the room because it was on the 2nd floor and pets are not allowed on the 2nd floor!! Even tho we put in the notes we had a dog. So we were given a room that had rust in the tub and a closet with one sliding door that probably had two sliding doors at one point. The bed side lamp had wires showing. No ironing board and when we told the staff that was working a lady and a man they didn't even care we had one. Thankfully the young man working the morning shift got us one when we called to get one the next morning. They also told us our room was a suite it clearly wasn't also the doors that led outside to the pet area and back parking lot had hours 6am to 11 pm doors were not left open until 11pm as stated. Plus the breakfast was just old bread, waffle maker and old hostess doughnut holes. So would we stay there again? No way!! Worst place ever!!"
