Dear Andrea, We apologize for the inconvenience encountered when receiving the 100 deposit. Upon check-out, your deposit was released and we no longer have a hold of it. We do not have any intention of scamming you or charging this deposit as it was only an authorization hold. We have sent over the credit card log which shows that we no longer have a hold of this deposit authorization. Once we release the hold from our end, the matter will now be with your bank. The credit card log that we sent over has an approval code that we recommend handing over to your bank so that your money is returned to you. As mentioned in our conversation, the money was released and we have sent over the credit card log for proof. Please contact your bank so that you can receive your money as we do not have a hold of it.
