The only issue that we had while at the resort was cell service in the building and having to log into the WiFi every time you went somewhere and came back. The WiFi was not great either.

The stay with my wife was fantastic! Yes some of the windows and things could use some updating, but that isn’t going to stop us from enjoying everything. The view and accessibility were fantastic. The staff was amazing especially when i forgot my iPad and they were able to get it and give it to an Uber to deliver at the airport just in time. Would be back, just would love to see the maintenance towards the things that actually need it. 4 out of 5 stars

The room was very hot at night. We tried lowering the temperature but it wouldn’t go down. It showed 68 but it was more like 76. The hall ways were colder than our room.

Stayed 2 nights not back to back. First time was awesome 9th floor with balcony great view very clean room. Restaurant was not the best over priced and small portions for the sides and service was not good. Front desk staff was amazing on both visits. Second visit we stayed in the 7th floor balcony not a really good view and the room could have been vacuumed but over all the stay was nice, beach was awesome and so was the pool.

Nice hotel, but not ideal for Expedia gold members. Had to ask for all upgrades etc and they told me they would do it but would charge me. Ended up not charging me but the runaround was not great. If they offer Gold tier benefits you shouldn’t have to fight to get them. Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Good food and cocktails at the restaurant. Construction across the street was annoying for driving purposes. Check on status of you plan to stay there.

overall the hotel was very good, the location is good as well. We only had some problems with the front desk receptionist, who were very rude to us. I would recommend to improve the customer service skills and have people who are nice to the customers

Night security was rude and mean. He even laughed in my face for whatever reason. Parking takes forever, they kept forgetting my truck. Had to pay a resort fee for stuff I never used or got a chance to even touch. I’d say 3.5/5 is the rating.

Overall an okay property. The room was on the smaller size. No water pressure. The door knob to our balcony was broken. On the positive side, our room got cleaned everyday despite signage that said cleaning was every other day. Beach access was nice, along with chairs. The kids loved the pool.

Enjoyable Stay I spent 6 days at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. We arrived slightly early, but our room was ready upon arrival. The beach amenities were convenient—chairs, umbrellas, and towels were provided, which we used from the pool to the beach. The food was enjoyable, and the room was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and new furniture. Overall, it was a very nice stay!

The experience as nice: good not excellent. The building is a little dated, there's a major construction project going on across the street, and the valet parking is a little pricey but everyone was super nice and the pool and beach areas are very nice. We were happy for the money we spent.
