Hi Nichole, I never once received a message from you regarding your Hotel Keycard and the lamp. I would've happily addressed those issues for you. Hi David, the Panorama Restaurant & Bar on the 8th floor is being renovated and we do not have any control over that. The expectation right now is it will be re-opened by the end of the Summer. We haven't received any complaints regarding the internet but we will look into this matter on the room you stayed in. The Keys DO NOT reset every 48 hours, yours just had to be swapped because of your last minute extension.We always appreciate constructive feedback and will look into ways we can improve this room for the next guest! We are surprised that your check-in was unexpected but aside from that we do see you did enjoy your stay!

We immediately sent security to the neighboring unit since this building is smoke free and had that resolved. We do see that other than that your stay was a good one and we hope to host you again soon!

We sent over the building technician when Jason first reported this to us, and it was determined that the water leak was caused by Condensation from the AC running continuously and the balcony door being left Open. There was no mold nor odor in the unit, just a damaged AC caused by our guest Jason. We would not recommend hosting this guest.

Hi Shelley, Our listing discloses that there is a damage deposit of 250 and we also send all our guests the property instructions 3 days in advance so all our guests are fully aware of the expectation upon arrival and departure and any fees that can be incurred during a guests stay. We are sorry to hear you felt attack, since that is not our intent. Dear Carolyn, we immediately sent security to the unit and was told that the party next to your unit was not overly loud and ask to please just be a little more quiet, which they did do. TV had cable, but it was not a smart TV, which is what you asked if the unit had and lastly, the hotel sits in the heart of Coconut Grove, where it boasts over 30 different restaurants to choose from, just a few steps from the hotel and our guests love the variety of places to eat. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay but we feel the review is unfair since you did get exactly what was booked at a great rate.

We delivered a TV that worked. You mentioned you wanted to use your streaming services since the TV was a smart TV and we sent engineering over to get that going for you the next day. This was a two night reservation and you had arrived late the day prior and we had no one to go see your unit to check why the smart TV was not allowing you to download your services. But as promised, the next day you did get to see your streaming account.
