I paid for a night i was told i will get the code 24 hours before check in i never got the code.I emailed and contacted Expedia i still didn’t receive no help i am not from Miami so i was just stuck without a room.Not a good place to book at AT ALLL

This is the 4th or 5th time staying here. Different this time, no on site staff. The access code was a little stressful until i figured out how to communicate with the hotel. Once coms were established it went well and recieved several texts throughout the day. Room was clean, ac worked well. Shower was hot, nice soap and shampoo. Bed comfortable but showing some age. Building was quite but showing wear. The downstairs rooms are larger and more comfortable but for one night we made it work. There are restaurants nearby and good location for walking. A block from the beach.

Mold in the bathroom, no interior lock on the door, wooden floor boards lifting up, bathroom floor was slimy, bed linen was old and dirty, very old TVs with bad reception.

Not a great hotel.
This is a good location if you want to walk to shopping, dining and the beach. Be aware though there is NO elevator, NO front desk service, NO pool or breakfast. This is a bare bones place to sleep only. We had NO hot water, the TV did not work. Without a front desk person, there's nobody to help if you have an issue. Also, there were people sleeping in the lobby area that obviously weren't staying at the hotel. There were also a couple girls smoking pot on the front steps most of the day. Again, no front desk, no supervision. Won't stay here again even though the room was decent.

Dear guest, If you check your reservation, our hotel does not offer breakfast and there is no front desk, so all the information is sent to you in advance and you are also notified of this there. In your room and in different parts of the hotel you find a way to communicate with someone if you need it, we regret that you have not seen him either. The television was disconnected and the hot water was checked and it came out perfectly, I only had to wait a few minutes. At all times the security cameras work and no inconvenience was detected. Thank you for choosing us

There were no wash towels upon check in and bath towels stained and worn out. Bed was very old and gross looking. AC was Grenada worked perfectly. Spider webs in corners and fridge was dirty

This property was a huge disappointment. I was told I would have a place to put my luggage or check in early- which I found out after I paid- was not true. Also floors were absolutely disgusting. Our feet were blacked with dirt.

No staff. You interact via emails, given a code to get into the building and then your room. You figure out everything else on your own. Checkout, you just leave. Very different.

Low chandler in the middle of the room kept hitting my head. No ice machine. No ice at Walgreens down the street. Had to pay the bar down the road for ice. No option to store luggage after checkout because no staff works here. They let you store luggage at a sister location but is a 5 minute Uber ride away

The room was filthy, stains all over, dirty bathroom & floors, hairs all over, horribly moldy smell, and no hot water. Property was not responsive & we wound up leaving to stay at another hotel.

We're sorry to contradict you, but your room was totally clean when you did early check-in. After several hours of using everything, you began to complain about the linen, the smell, and the cleanliness. When housekeeping went to bring you more beach towels, she couldn't organize the beds as they were full of her things and the bathroom full of her personal effects so she didn't touch anything. She checked the hot water and it comes out correctly. According to you, you needed a third bed and as you can verify the type of room you reserved, we do not offer it. On behalf of our staff we appreciate having chosen us

Do not stay here, this place ks a scam- the hotel took my money but never provided me with an access code to check in. Their email and phone numbers either bounced back or have gone unanswered. I was scammed and am trying to redeem the costs. I’ve never written a review before but need to share this warning to anyone else -

We arrived at the Hotel and for our surprise this Hotel don't have any staff on the lobby or any place around, any communication was with Texts. A group of friends was together in the same Hotel, all of us payed at the same time the same room type. The only characteristic that we share in common with my friends room, the room was clean, That's it!!! my room was smaller, we had the floor broken, no hot water... cold showers :(, no mirror and super firm bed. We are not happy at all

We arrived at the Hotel and for our surprise this Hotel don't have any staff in the lobby or any place around, any communicThank you for taking the time to leave us your message. Our hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk, so you and your friends received all the necessary information for your check-in. His room was smaller since his reservation was for that type of room and it was different from the other 2 reservations. We have checked the hot water and it came out correctly in all the rooms. We do not understand when you refer to the fact that there was no mirror since all the rooms have it, we understand that the bed was not comfortable for you but sometimes that is very personal. We are sorry that you are not satisfied and we thank you for choosing us.

The biggest issue I had was with the drug dealers hanging out in the entrance of the property. They are sitting on the stools of the entrance and you have to ask them to move so that you can enter they are blocking the entrance. This is mostly at night. I asked for extra towels because of a mishap and they referred me to policy of only getting towels every three days. Had to go out and purchase my own towels. If you can fix the security issue by having an overnight security guard or someone at the lobby at least. Soap was as small as a quarter and had to buy my own also.

Although you did not see the security there we were, when you reported the problem of people who you deduced were not guests, we checked and there was no one. We take the security of our guests and employees very seriously. For your peace of mind we changed your access code, but nothing ever happened in our hotel. Your room service was done on the second day, we are sorry that you had to go buy towels and soap since everything in his room got extra. Thanks for choosing us

Horrible experience had to wait until a housekeeper came to the hotel the next day just to get wash rags,towels toilet paper because they have no front desk person witch is not convenient at all for the first day we had no hot water had to wait the next day for housekeeping to come fix it no microwave in the room the bed is so uncomfortable not worth the money at all.

Both rooms had everything necessary for 4 people and you saw that when you checked in 2 hours earlier than established as a courtesy so you can enjoy your weekend. Housekeeping did not go to fix the hot water, it was to teach you twice how to move the handle because the hot water came out perfectly since you checked in. If you check the services we provide microwave is not included. Thank you for choosing us

The room was fairly small for two people and I was not aware that there wouldn’t be a staff present at all times. I did not like that the primary way to communicate with someone was via text. If I knew this beforehand, I don’t think I would have stood here. The hotel is in a good area but there is no parking which makes renting a car very difficult, however, there was a parking lot a couple minutes away which made it a bit more convenient. I wouldn’t recommend renting a car if you’ll be in this area. The room does need upgrading specially the bed and lamps/outlets. Most hotels have usb charging outlets but this room did not. They did have a vending machine which was a great amenity.

Don’t expect to be able to sleep thru the noise!
The rate during spring break was good. The hotel has a great location and room was small but clean. The problem is there is no surveillance at night and the kids on spring break behaved horribly. Fire alarm went off at 1am, kids talking loudly in the lobby, hallway and room up until 3:30am. The hotel needs to have someone physically there to control this at least during spring break time.

Spring break experience
When I booked the room, the pictures showed the TV being in the living room and not bedroom. The mattress covers had stains on them. The sink is poorly designed for water flow. Our fridge was barely working. The room was not properly cleaned. Towel service for a beach side hotel once every 3 days was disappointing. The lobby carpet was disgusting. Our room walls were so thin, I'm positive I heard some domestic disturbance next door.

This place was so disappointing, I was embarrassed honestly, it was like a hostel or run down motel. Do not stay here, we found hair all over the bed, some sticky substance on the floors, the fridge/shelf area looked like it was rotting, there was some weird bug on the window, orange/red stains on the covers… overall DISGUSTING. And the fact that they charge the amount they do with the misguiding photos is literally fraudulent, I contacted them and they ignored my message and just continued on with other messages. Worst “hotel” experience I’ve ever had.

I wasn’t going to write a review being that they where kind enough to let us check in early. Unfortunately I responded back to a email from them asking how my stay was and I advised them that the sheets where stained and had hair in them and the bath rags where also stained. I also advised them that the room did not at all match up to almost a $300 room that I paid. I got a very nasty sarcastic reply back insinuating that I shouldn’t have had any complaints being that they allowed me to check in early. They also stated that they where not made aware of the problem while I was there. My response to that was that I didn’t feel like going through the hassle. I went to target and bought a blanket and thankfully I brought my own bath rag just in case for situations like this. We also bought Lysol and sprayed everything down. Like I said I wasn’t going to write a review initially but they emailed me asking my opinion so I gave it. But the nasty response I got definitely sealed then deal on writing a review. Plz don’t stay here at all!

Floors all broken, room visibly dirty, hair on the pillows and towels. Quite disappointed and without a significant rebate for this visit I will likely never return. Plus people clearly loitering on front porch and not letting guests access keypad for entry. My wife did not feel safe. Lastly the parking lot recommended as over a mile walk away when there was a parking garage down the street off Collins and 16th street. I want my money back. Shower without place to rest soap and shampoo on apart from the floor. Cracked and taped up floor tiling with sharp edges. Room 5
