This property is okay, our particular experience was not the best as our the room key scanner to our room stopped working our second day there and from that day on we had to get staff at the front desk to open the room for us every time - one time waiting 20 minutes for someone to let us in which was very inconvenient. Taps in the bathroom were very loose and twisted around and around which was odd, the closet with the safe, hangers & mini fridge did not close. Other than the unrefined room furnishings, the daily room service was good (came very early though, at 9am) and the location can’t be beat if you’re looking to be close to the south beach action. They had chairs and towels to take to the beach for free. I’d inspect the chairs before you leave as on more than 1 occasion we were given a broken/non functioning chair. They do hold your luggage for you. I’d say 3/5 stars maximum for this hotel.
