The hotel is nice with friendly staff. Very close to the airport which is convenient. Unfortunately there is not much within walking distance. Surrounded by car repair businesses and off brand rental car companies.

I like the hotel close to the port of Miami. I like they had shuttle to the Port. Did not like the Pool was not working. I think they need shuttle from Airport.

Those areas where I have av the Star is because it does not apply to my stay or experience's while I stay. It was only to sleep and them to the airport. Nothing further to discussed as far as experience .

Single female traveler. Clean, friendly, collected Amazon packages and held luggage after checkout time but before flight. Good breakfast, great location to airport. No sound of airplanes during the night as others have noted. Subway across one street but across the other is a strip club and xxx video store, which I didn’t like. However, I didn’t see anybody loitering outside the hotel or uncomfortable things connected to that area at the hotel itself.

We loved our stay, it was perfect for a couple of nights prior to our cruise. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful! There wasn’t much to do in the area, but good for a place to sleep.

We arrived prior to our check in time and it was very convenient having an area to relax while we waited for our room. The staff was friendly and was able to have our room ready within an hour, still very early compared to the original check in time. There is a Subway and convenient store next door. The room was very nice and had 2 TV’s which was perfect for March madness. We would definitely stay here again!
