Our stay at the Hilton Blue Lagoon was very convenient to the airport. Parking for your car is $30/night which I never cared for. Accommodations were acceptable. I would stay there again.

I love the food options at this hotel. It offers a great buffet breakfast and the poolside are my favourites. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend especially if you are heading to the airport or cruise dock

Rooms were OK. Bathroom was not cleaned the best or restocked. The parking was the main issue we had. Was very narrow parking and overcrowded to the point where people were blocking each other in and parking on the grass around the hotel.

We appreciate the fact that even though we arrived at 2am they held our reservation. The phone system was malfunctioning so we couldn’t call to let them know we were going to be so late but they were good enough to hold it anyways.

The Mothers Day brunch was wonderful ,the violinist was great and each lady was given a red rose. What I didn’t like was that the printer was broken and had been for better than two weeks. I needed to print some documents it was suggested that I send them to and email and they would print them for me. Not what I would’ve expected from Hilton.The shuttle driver was very nice.

Very large property, but most of the amenities and restaurants close early. Check in is fast, but there was only 2 clerks (if you take the airport shuttle, run to the desk to get first in line) Internet and breakfast are not included on basic rates. (You can get free internet by joining their loyalty program).

They only had two people working for check in . One for honors the other for non honor members . I was in line for at least 30 minutes. The hotel it self was nice . The room was spacious. However the bathroom was clogged . It was missing shampoo dispenser . It only had shower gel and conditioner . But u can tell the dispenser was missing . Front desk took forever to pick up the phone. We ate in the lobby. Calamari was good drinks was good . The next day we stayed at the pool. Drinks there was good as well . Staff wasn’t really friendly though I sense attitude when I place my order . I give my experience there 3.5 stars

The lock on our door needs to be fixed door wouldn’t latch unless you slammed it and didn’t open easy when unlocked the bolt didn’t retract all the way Rm 805
