Room and service was nice. Pool was in a fun spot, busy boat passing area. I wish that the staff reminded you when booking shuttle that there is a $12 per person charge. I seemed to have gotten this location confused with the location that offers the free shuttle and we were caught off when the shuttle driver asked us how we were paying as we were approaching the cruise port. I wanted to call to question but the hustle of getting on board became too much. Frustrating. Breakfast line could be broken up. Extremely crowded when we visited, had to stand at bar, which was fine but waffle making should be separated.

Good overall stay. Bad experience was getting stuck in the elevator for 50 minutes after being told the staff could not call the fire department until talking to elevator maintenance company.

Still got charged $250 before check in which I was told is only a hold and would get it back instantly in my card as soon as i check out, but turned out to be an actual charge which l haven't got back after 1 week even after speaking to manager who says nothing else than "IT IS OUR HOTEL POLICY". Misleading information.

No handicap parking had to pay $50 valet or walk a quarter mile while being handicapped, big language difference couldn’t understand anything the employees said. Bathroom in lobby are locked so I pissed my pants trying to get in. No late check out even though a sign in the lobby said if you pay more you could have late check out so misinformation on that. I’ll stop right there.

No room service we had to go grab our own extra pillows and blankets from the front desk. Dirty small elevators which were also broken in the morning so had to take 11 flights down with multiple suitcases. Rude employees and management they were so rude to me on the phone and no help at all. This place is over priced for what you get.
