Prashantrao, we strive to try and meet our guest’s request. It's unhappy to hear we couldn't meet your request due to checkout time and high demand for early arrivals. We hope the rest of your stay was memorable.

Dear Mr. Majed,we truly regret your departure process at our hotel was disappointing and not up to your expectations.Unfortunately, just like with early checkins, we cannot guarantee late checkouts either; they are both dependent on availability and operational requirements that given day.On the day of your departure we were completely sold out for that evening, and were expecting a couple of large groups to checkin at once later in the afternoon.Thus the hotel's Management instructed the front desk team not to allow any late checkouts that day.The gentleman with who you spoke was following Mgmt instructions, and as he attempted to explain the reason for not being able to accommodate your request, your terminated the call.Under different circumstances, we would have gladly given you extra time to depart the hotel and checkout past the usual time of 11:00 amOnce again, please accept our apologies for not being able to give you the requested checkout and flexibility.We hope you will visit us again soon so we can provide you the comfort and positive experience our guests are accustomed to and expect from our hotel.Best regards.
