Basic hotel, could use more service oriented mgr.
Inexpensive Motel in a quiet area. The walkway on 1st and 2nd floor is narrow and a service cart is permanently parked there, so you can't get through with a normal sized suitcase. Strong cooking fumes permeate the breakfast and reception area. Reception area closed after midnight. Sheets rough and rather worn. Manager not very service oriented. I told him I had extended my reservation on-line and he was adamant that that was impossible, I showed him the confirmation on my phone and rather than apologizing for his error he shrugged it off. When I asked him to reprogram my key for the extended stay he said no come back this evening.(even though I kept the same room). Europe implemented a "sanitary pass" during the 2nd week of my stay. Although I had my US vaccination card with me documenting I was fully vaccinated, the hotel manager said I could not eat at the restaurant, later he changed his mind and said I could have breakfast but not lunch and dinner at the motel. All other restaurants in the area accepted my US vaccination card. It just seemed that management made things as difficult as possible.

Fine basic accommodations, once you find it
Basic hotel with an appropriate price (price shown on this site always has additional fees added, totalling about 20% more at the end). VERY difficult to find (address given on the site sent me to the town of Meyreuil, 3 exits and about 15km from the actual location - person at the reception had a difficult time trying to explain to me how to arrive back at the hotel). Hotel is located behind a gate in a professional park, with gates that close at 11pm, which made our late arrival complicated as we had gone to the wrong location initially...

Great and warmth stay....
Excellent service. Unfortunately the AC was out of service. Typical Europe, saving electricity because of Spring without realizing that this year summer came Early. A Fan was provided and mitigated the uncomfortable situation

Older hotel outside town
Much older hotel, outside corridors, no hair dryer, and a little difficult to find since it's tucked deep inside an office park. But friendly staff and wifi worked well, centrally located in provence. Easy drive to Cassis.

Left a family with a 5 month old baby stranded
We arrived at the Hotel around midnight, after a 8 hour drive from Spain with my wife and 5 month old baby. We had lost our way multiple times during the drive and were hoping to get a good night's sleep. However, when we arrived, it was pitch dark at the hotel entrance. The lobby door was locked. We knocked on the door, but no response. We kept waiting for an hour for somebody to show up. But nobody came. We tried calling the Hotel multiple times but nobody picked up the hotel phone! We wanted to look for another place but we did not have access to internet to be able to search for another hotel. We ended up spending the night in our car with our 5 month old baby right in front of the closed Hotel lobby! It was raining heavily all night, accompanied with lightning and thunder. It was a horrible situation to be in! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice location
If you are going to travel around Provence, this is perfect location for having a base. Hotel is overall average, but quite enough for a common sleeping place during your travel-around holiday

Arrive before 11pm!!
We arrive after 11pm and the reception was closed. Luckily we managed to get in via an unlocked door and the alarm was set off, waking up a staff who came out 10 minutes later to let us in.

Low Quality Hotel
This hotel is the kind of place you would expect to find off the side of an old highway with a sign that reads free cable TV. It was set behind two key coded gates in the back of what appeared to be an old office building complex. The walls were super thin and you could hear everything going on in the rooms beside, above and below you. It had wood floors that added to the noise level. After the cleaning person came by the floors were left very slippery. The hotel was 3 stories and had no elevator. There were two staircases, but one was a spiral staircase so it was very difficult to carry your luggage up them. Although the hotels restaurant was surprisingly good and had a friendly English speaking staff, the same staff was also required to work the front desk. This meant that when a line formed at the front desk you had to wait for the staff to finish with them before they would come back and serve you. If you are a couple and stay here, remember to request an actual king size bed, and not two twins pushed together.

Personnel très sympathique. Chambres très mal insonorisées! On entend les portes qui claques à l'autre bout de l'hôtel, les bruits de pas..... à toute heures de la nuits.

Bonjour , je n’ai pas séjourné à l’hôtel car j’ai fait une erreur dans les dates lors de la réservation . Je voulais sélectionner les dates du 23 au 24/07 mais j’ai sélectionné 23 au 24-05. Je vous ai fait un mail le 24 au matin quand je me suis rendu compte de mon erreur en vous demandant s’il y avait une possibilité de remboursement ( même partiel) mais à ce jour je n’ai eu aucune réponse .
