"when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom! This is excellent service."

"I was expecting a pretty basic room due to the price but was better than expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower curtain was broken but that was the only negative point. I was very happy with my stay"

"Absolutely wonderful property with a living room bedroom toilet and bath shower over 4 rooms ! Excellent staff especially mellisa who gave me tea coffee has tea coffee machine in room plus fridge and cooker ! Grenoble is great and so is hub !
