Staff all around is it friendly, we asked one night for a microwave to heat food that I have from lunch and I was denied, no one to help. Again not Friendly, we asked two times for room service and the person dropped it with an attitude, they are expecting more tips but be careful because the ticket they already included without your authorization, overall was ok but not a place to go back.

Stayed at the Pedregal twenty years ago and it maintained its great service. Room decor is a bit dated but well kept and very clean. As Expedia VIP I had a larger room. Restaurant was very good and service excellent. Area is walkable if you get away from Anillo Periférico. Perisur mall a 15 minute walk away. Loads of restaurants at the mall.

Something I couldn’t understand. I was about to leave the premises for a couple of hours. I asked at the reception if I could have a bottle of water. They said no and that I should go buy it. If you are smart enough and you want a guest to return to the hotel, give the guest a freaking bottle of water. They will spend much more at the hotel than the price of a single bottle of water.

The hotel is very conveniently located, price is reasonable and I have stayed there a few times before. However this time I noted a certain lack of organization. When I checked in they sent me to a room that was not made up then they gave me another one. Next day I order breakfast from the room service, they tolde me 20 minutes, after 40 minutes I called again, after 60 minutes I called again, it never came.

I had to stay at Royal Pedregal because the hotel that I am having a meeting is was FULL the day before. So I spent one night at Royal Pedregal before transferring to my other hotel - in comparison Royal Pedregal was SO CLEAN and so nice compared to this current hotel I am in. The quality of cleanliness adds to the feeling of being taken care of. I appreciate Royal Pedregal a lot. Definitely a good option for those that want to stay in the area with a nice hotel!

I like the hotel design, it’s clean, modern, people is very kind, at the restaurant, food quality id very good. The gym has a lot of features. There is always self parking for my car. Check in and check out times are convenient for the guests. There is a theater beside. People has excellent service attitude. Price is convenient.

The only issue I had with this property was the in room safe; it was not working properly and they couldnt fix it on my first night at the hotel. I had to get the safe fixed the next morning before I left which would have been more of a problem if they couldnt get it fixed.
