The hotel room was too hot no air condition. I was able to open the window to let fresh air in becuse the light accross the street was too brite and wont be able to sleep

The hotel is an oasis in an area which is a bit rundown. I felt safe, but I wouldn’t want to be wandering around on my own late at night.

Good hotel but I asked for a quiet room and was put next to the elevator. The room was the darkest I have ever stayed in - there was one window about 4x3 feet and recessed so you had to keep the lights on all the time! Front desk staff were good but the restaurant was not. Talk about going through the motions! poor quality food miserably delivered

There is no AC in the room, so it can be stuffy. The fan in the room isn't working. But overall it's a nice place to live in.

They stole all my money in my wallet (~$300). I had the hotel to safeguard my backpack for ~2 hours after checking out. When I checked my wallet again all cash were gone and I was unfortunately in another country.

DEAR XIANGYU REN YESTERDAY YOU TOLD THE RECEPTION STAFF THAT YOUR CELL PHONE WAS STOLEN AND YOU ASKED FOR HELP TO RECOVER IT, THEY EXPLAINED TO YOU THAT THE PLACE YOU WANTED TO GO WAS DANGEROUS AND YOU STILL WENT, WE DON'T KNOW IF IT WAS WHERE YOU WENT OR THE PLACE WHERE THEY STOLEN YOUR CELL PHONE THEY ALSO STOLEN YOUR WALLET BUT I ASSURE YOU IT WAS NOT AT THE HOTEL SINCE THE STAFF HAS MANY YEARS WORKING AND THEY ARE TOTALLY TRUSTED THERE ARE ALSO SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS PLEASE REMEMBER ALL YOUR STEPS BEFORE MAKING AN ACCUSATION

Great for a quick layover and location was walking distance to sightsee before leaving. Room was clean and there was a tap for drinking water which was much appreciated. Facilities seemed a bit outdated, but it did not affect my stay. There was no fridge in our room. Would stay here again if I'm in Mexico City.

The room was extremely tiny and had a depressing feel to it. The worst part was the horrible hard bed/mattress and the even harder pillows that made sleeping impossible. If your sleep depends your travel... I strongly suggest you avoid the Marlowe entirely.

I liked the location, Zocalo, Bellas Artes, and so many other landmarks within walking distance. I did not like the bar, not stocked woth variety. But staff was great! So friendly and helpful.

So disappointed by the staff, they cancel a tour I had just because I didn't get the tour with the hotel. Somehow, they found my booking and cancelled with the statement I already had something booked wotht them. I requested to speak with the managers, but obviously there were no one on charge. The room was so hot and whatever you need is an extra and have to sign a receipt for it.

Very nice hotel with a welcoming lobby, english speaking staff at reception, comfortable rooms with TVs and netflix & hot water showers. Breakfast is tasty too but their hotel taxis are very expensive - Id recommend using Uber (it was 700Mxn cheaper than the Hotels airport taxi quote!) Great hotel though and very well located.
