Nightmare! Do not stay here. The location is bad, the rooms are disgusting, the wifi is unreliable and the staff is very aggressive. The beds and pillows are sub par. There is no manager available to help. We left within 2 hours of arriving and have been denied even a partial refund.

Spacious room with attractive furniture. Good price. 15 minute drive to airport. No heating or A/C. I would stay there again.

For the price it is absolutely incredible! Feel like I've found THE hidden gem in Mexico city. Beautiful room, huge window with view and natural light, extremely spacious, quirky original details from the 1950's, excellent wifi, supercool reception staff - not one issue or drama, housekeeping second to none, room service, restaurant with great prices. I originally booked for one night - not expecting much but extended my stay to ten days. The reason the price is so reasonable is the location is not a popular one but you have everything you need in walking distance and the tourist hot spots are very short and inexpensive taxi/Uber away. I'm a grumpy middle aged man who is generally not easily pleased and rarely bother with reviews but this hotel is exceptional, so I couldn't overlook this opportunity to rave about it.

Be careful of Management. On entry to hotel manager attempted to switch me to a smaller room trying to give me the impresión I would be saving when in reality I was not saving money, but instead be taken for a fool. CAUTION TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR!

I’d be careful of management, if given the chance the will try to bill you twice for things you have already have paid for. Then, you get what you pay for. Beware of area, which pron to theft and pan handling.

The only thing that I did not like was the hardness of the bed. It injured my shoulder and I had to take Meloxicam for a week to alleviate the pain.

Está ubicado en una zona muy buena, tranquila y tiene muchas cosas cerca. El personal fue muy amable y accesible; la habitación es amplia y súper cómoda. Recomiendo bastante este hotel.

Lousy deal from hotels. Com
No air- condition, no wifi in the room and had asked for smoking room but they did not have any smoking room. They had plenty of time to contact me about the smoking room. People at the desk were not helpful. Older gentleman with white hair had a terrible attitude.

Plenty of space in the single bedroom. Lots of water in the shower and a free bottle of water, but there's was no air conditioner or fan and it got warm at night which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Also, small pillows for a king bed

Nos gustó la ubicación y que era un área fácil de transportarnos. Lo único que le faltó es que tuvieran aire acondicionado, cafetera en el cuarto y algo para refrigerar aguas o bebidas. De eso en más todo fue muy agradable y nos gustaría volver después

I loved the place, everything is good except they have hard beds. If you suffer from back pain, i wouldn't recommend it. Also I had a couple of taxi drivers tell me not to go out at night in that area. Its lonely and risky.

Clean rooms, great location, wonderful staff. Just know that if you want family to come visit you in your room, the hotel does not allow visitors; only the paid guests. We were going to do some audio recording of our vows for our wedding ceremony video in the quiet of the room. Our son was going to do the recording. He could not come up. So, he sat in the lobby while we did the recording.

Staff was rude and tried to take advantage of us. I’m a gringo and my boyfriend is Mexican, once when asking for 2 bottles of water they told us on the phone that each bottle would cost 5 pesos. We agreed to the price. Once they got upstairs and saw that I was a foreigner they tried to change the price from 5 to 25 pesos, we declined to buy the water. Another day we left our room and locked it, when we returned our room door was wide open. We asked the maid if she had been in our room but she denied it because she hadn’t come to clean yet. Someone with a key was obviously in our room and left our door open making it possible for all of our valuables to be stolen. The third thing that happened was blatant discrimination against my boyfriend as we walked into the elevator together and a staff member ran from behind the counter to ask if he actually had a room there, whereas they did not ask me anything.

I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have any window , any air condition an no fan …the service was okay , for the price it’s not bad . But I didn’t like the neighborhood to be honest. It was abit dangerous … Food is really cheap but be carefull , check your bill because sometimes they charge you for more things you didn’t order …but overall I love Mexico I will still go back one day but probably in a resort again or a nice hotel in downtown

Todo muy bien, la recepción fue muy amable y cordial. El estado de los cuartos muy bien. Solo el detalle de las opciones de canales o servicios de streaming en la TV y por ser temporada de calor faltó aire acondicionado. Pero en general estuvo muy bien, volvería a hospedarme allí sin problema
