Excellent in every way
This is one of those reviews I hesitate to write because it was an amazing stay and when I come back I want to be able to get a room! Excellent in every way. Bonus was the amazing poolside breakfast and huge terrace on the room.

Lovely historic property in great location. Staff are super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Let us store luggage and use garden/pool all day after check out. Room is well appointed for a hotel of this type (not fancy but spacious, good bathroom).

Was one of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. The hotel was beautiful - simple yet classy and very functional. The back courtyard with pool was so relaxing for breakfast every day, a dip in the pool, and an evening drink. And the staff was even better than the facilities. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they really made the stay special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The garden and swimming pool were lovely. deckchairs not very comfortable. Reception often not manned. Promised traditional gin drink - didn't get it. The room we started in was small, very dark with useless lighting. Stairs were made of very slippery marble - dangerous and husband fell down them on 1st morning. Information was lacking - I had to ask for a map and not until 4th day were we offered bus timatable, restaurant list etc. We wre offered a free upgrade for last 3 nights in a much nicer room.

The staff were excellent - very helpful and polite, and the location is perfect, as it’s close to the harbour, restaurants and shops. However, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t very effective - it took far too long to cool the room down. Also, more storage would have been nice - we only bought one fairly small suitcase of clothes between two of us, but there wasn’t enough space.

Modern rooms in excellent condition. Air con was lack lustre and rooms facing road (central location) had lots of light at night as no blackout curtains/blinds. Noisy overall - noise from other rooms. Breakfast was light on options but well presented.

Beautiful boutique hotel
We had a wonderful stay at his beautiful boutique hotel in Mahon. The rooms were lovely, comfy bed and great pillows. The breakfast each morning was very good, hot and cold food offered. Luisa on reception was so kind she arranged our lunch and dinner reservations as restaurants we had never been too and all of them were perfect. She made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Considering a hotel in Mahon? Look no further!
I'm sure you will not find a nicer hotel in Mahon. Centrally located. Beautiful conversion. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had the room with the large terrace which I would highly recommend.

Lovely Hotel
Lovely,peaceful hotel close to Mahon centre and a short walk to the harbour.We stayed for a 5 night break and it lived up to its reputation. Staff were very helpful and friendly,rooms were nice,clean and comfortable,and breakfast was great. One small point would be that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the bedrooms but apart from that everything was great.

We stayed here for one night and wished we could’ve stayed much longer. We ate dinner there and the menu was fantastic and the food was delicious. The staff could not have been more accommodating and really made our visit extra special. I would not hesitate to go back to this place for our next vacation to Menorca.

Perfectly situated for delights of mahon
Relaxing, well positioned hotel in a lovely street. Breakfasts were superb & free bottle of water each day was a great touch. Shame hot water machine for making tea & coffee in the lounge patio area only available in the morning.

Absolutely fantastic! Can’t wait to stay again!
Our stay in Casa Ládico was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was beautiful - very chic, unique, and stunningly decorated. We were greeted so warmly by the staff who were incredibly attentive and informative throughout our stay, giving us wonderful recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to go to. The rooms were beautiful and full of really thoughtful touches, even going so far as to provide bags for the beach with beach towels to use during our stay, four choices of pillows, top notch toiletries, bottled water everyday, and locally made biscuits in the rooms. The hotel was located in a really good part of the town - really short walking distances to great shops, the harbour, and amazing restaurants. A beautiful place to stay and I can’t thank the staff enough for making our holiday so memorable!

Minimalist decadence
The suite we had was lovely very modern and spacious with top class bedding, towels and toiletries. The lounge, dining area and courtyard garden with pool is lovely with comfy seating. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The car parking facility is in an underground car park about two minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel issue you with a tap entry card that enables you to enter and exit the car park where there are dedicated spaces for hotel guests on the second level down. Make sure you collect your tap card from the hotel before you go to the car park.

If your not happy just ask
This hotel is beautiful very relaxing super stylish. The staff are truly lovely our room would have been fine for a one or two night stay but it was just to hot. We thought the air con was not working. When we ask to be shown how to work the air con they explained it was on winter settings but it was far to hot for us to sleep. We were upgraded to a larger room with a terrace marvellous room. We opened the door and it was perfect. Breakfast was lovely very intermate the staff again fantastic I would return to this hotel with out hesitation. It's location is great easy walking to everything shops, restaurants, bars and sights no need for a car can not wait to return.

I cannot recommend highly enough this hotel, the staff are excellent, helpful and polite, rooms are modern, clean and well looked after, this is a 5 star hotel, location is perfect, food is excellent, breakfast you have anything you want, also private parking available. Just perfect, my best holiday yet.

Warm welcome in centre of town.
From our arrival to our departure a week later, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, knowledgable regarding local attractions and with suggestions for dining both locally and further afield. The location is excellent,in the middle of town within walking distance of shops,restaurants and the harbour. The restaurant in the hotel is very good with a large breakfast selection and a varied evening menu.

The best hotel I have stayed. Wonderful !!
A stunning refurbishment of an mansion house in the centre of Mahon. Modern comfortable intervansions enhancing the original features. Stunning art everywhere. Large bedroom, comfortable beds, well equipped, marble shower room. Secure parking fifty yards from the front door. Perfect position to enjoy Mahon. Shops, restaurants and bars at your doorstep. Five star friendly personal service from all the staff. I felt as a resident in my own private vila. Outstanding breakfast in a delightful courtyard to the sound of classical music in the background. Sophisticated diner menu. I will recommend this Hotel without any hesitation to anyone, who nows about quality, cares about detail, appreciates good food and service, understands good architecture. I will recommend this Hotel, to those searching for peace and tranquility in a mature environment in the centre of a historic city.

The best new hotel in the Balearics. Beautiful rooms, cozy public areas, delicious breakfasts and a lovely garden/pool. Like staying with the connected, tasteful, hospitable friends in the centre of Mahon. You can't go wrong.

Belle adresse à 2 pas du centre historique
Magnifique hotel très bien placé, ambiance tamisée, materiaux de très belle qualité. Petite chambre louée mais fonctionnelle. Accueil et personnel aimable et souriant. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants ( notre vol a été avancé et pas de souci pour le remboursement du petit déjeuner que nous ne pouvions prendre), ils parlent français. Le petit petit-déjeuner est excellent ( café delicieux, jus d'orange frais, pains variés, tapas....). Nous avons juste regretté qu il ne soit pas sous forme de buffet, il faut toujours demander quand on veut quelque chose et la serveuse est seule et bien occupée. Literie exceptionnelle.
