Good hotel, spacious room, friendly staff
Quite location and works well if youre happy with a 20min walk to beach or restaurants (which we are). . Was a bit expensive but it is peak time with covid so to be expected. A good breakfast, very spacious room kitted with everything required. Overall a very nice stay

Lovely place and views. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast... however it was an open buffet... which should not be with COVID19 recommendations... What to improve: - Wifi was not working. Also it is not included in the price... We got a complimentary voucher though. However, we could not connect. As there is no network there this was really an issue... we were totally disconnected while in the hotel. - the main swimming pool was green. I don't think it was dirty but because of the old painting of the swimming pool it looked dirty and was not really appealing. This is a shame with such a beautiful garden. - Buildings need a bit of a refresh from the outside. A bit of paint and the place would look amazing!

our room wasn't available when we arrived. we were sent to another hotel. the room was inferior to the one we had booked. the next day our room was still not available. when we were finally showed a room it didn't have the 2 single beds we had asked for and no lift . so we rejected it. we were finally given a senior apartment in the afternoon and it was good. it is a pity as we wasted most of the first 2 days of our holiday. they compensated us with 2 free evening meals but you cant get back time that was lost.

This was our third time at the Hotel. Spotless in the rooms, comfy beds and great shower. Breakfast was good. The pool area is open and calm - you can really relax there. We thought the bathroom could benefit from a spruce up though as could the pool. However we had a fantastic time and the staff are brilliant

Breakfast excellent with a lovely choice of hot and cold food . Hotel manager was really helpful aa were the rest of the staff. We had cycled to the hotel and they were very accommodating. Grounds were lovely. We would return.

Well run nice hotel with well maintained grounds.
We enjoyed our stay because we wanted a quiet restful location. Hotel is good with friendly helpful staff. Looking a bit tired in places - needs painting outside . Full potential of the hotel is not being exploited - gloomy indoor pool the no one used in the two weeks we were there.

Nice Hotel with amenities.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The supermarket that was next door was nicely stocked and had the best fresh bread. The shuttle service was very convenient but I wish they would extend it into later into the night. It is a long walk from central Son Bou restaurants (35 minutes). The only down side, was the extra charge for the safe.

Nice small quiet family hotel with good facilities
The staff is very friendly and approachable. The hotel is very good. It has 3 different pools and a shallow one which it's great for the kids. The food in the restaurant is very good and has a great variety. Good entertainment during the day and at night for kids and parents. The room is spacious and clean, however, they may have a problem with the sewage as at times it was very smelly. Overall we would love to come again

Nice Hotel for chilling out but .............
The hotel is situated about a mile from Son Bou next to a national park. Lovely quiet location. The gardens are immaculately maintained. The room (Superior Junior Suite) was spacious and immaculate. The daily cleaner was very efficient. The king size bed was really comfortable. It is an Apart Hotel so we had a kitchen which proved useful. A supermarket adjoins the hotel which was handy although we were half board. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. It is a 4 star hotel. So what is the down side ? Whilst appreciating that FOOD is subjective we thought the food was sub standard for a 4 star hotel. It is served buffet style and like some other hotels we have stayed in it is difficult to keep food hot. Most of it was cold or at best luke warm, rarely hot. The (cold) desserts were however nice. If issues in the restaurant could be improved then this hotel could become a 5 star. A pity about the food. The entertainment was low key but Marco the Entertainments Manager was a gem. Also give praise to Moya Anibal who worked in the restaurant and bar. l

Nice hotel with beautiful garden and swimming pool. We had good breakfast with various food choices. Room was spacious and had air condition. Desk receptionists were always helpful. We had the possiblity to have a shower in the afternoon after the check out so we enjoyed the beach a bit longer on the last day

Had a wonderful weeks stay, having chosen half board option with self catering apartment. Hotel in a wonderful location although without a hire car you possibly could struggle. Room was spacious enough for the three of us and the only gripe we could have would be no kettle or microwave but not a problem due to half board option. Room and parts of hotel probably ready for a bit of tlc but clean and comfortable so no issues really. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and we'd certainly return.

Fantastic family fun
This aparthotel is ideal for all families - young or older children. The shallow pool was ideal to sunbathe by with younger children as so safe; especially with added security of life guards. Also a small but adequate play frame on the grass area by the shallow pool to keep them occupied by going in between playing and swimming. Carlos from kids club was a god send and the children welcomed just a low key kids club of colouring and movies as made them feel more at home and gave them a break for the sun! We had a superior family room which was fantastic. i appreciate it was in one of the modernised blocks of apartments but cannot fault it really. The cleanliness of the room was brilliant as was our maid who made the beds daily and provided fresh towels each morning. We were half board, which meant we had breakfast and evening dinner provided. Breakfast was ideal, dinner was nice enough possibly a little repetitive and also not always piping hot due to the buffet nature of it. Dinner drinks also had to be paid for whereas breakfast was included. Also some more authentic spanish tapas would be appreciated in the evening food selection. Overall, we would definitely go back so that says it all as im a fussy one! :)

The rooms were cleaned daily. The towels changed daily and the bedding regularly. The pool area was superb, great for children and 2 lifeguards in attendance daily. The Kids club was also great and well used. The gardens also well kept and plenty of room to sunbathe or sit and read. The shuttle bus to the beach was every hour.

Family stay (two adults and baby) for six nights. Good aparthotel, although a 20-25 minute walk to resort centre/beach. Grounds of hotel are great with three good pools. Good breakfast buffet, but disapointed that not a kettle/cofee maker in room. No wifi unless in reception (although free). Overall a good stay slightly out of season.

Great hotel for families
Set in beautifully kept gardens, with 3 great outdoor pools (one with zero depth), this hotel is ideal for a holiday with young children. Breakfast and dinner were a generous buffet including some nice fresh fruit and salads. Our room was spacious and clean overall, though the bathroom could do with updating or at least re-tiling/grouting. Carlos did a great job entertaining the kids with some midday pool games and an evening 'disco' on a bouncy castle. There is also a nice indoor play area for children, though like the other communal areas, this room could benefit from some air conditioning. This was also an issue in the room; the air condition worked but wasn't sufficiently powerful. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would recommend this hotel to others.

Enjoyed the holiday, the first 10 days were great, but as more children arrived it was very busy in the pool, and not able to swim as too many families with very young children using the larger pool and kids just jumping in with no consideration for adults using the pool !! As we have been to menorca previously, did not venture too far.

The hotel is excellent, but there isn't much to see or do around unless you rent a car. If you don't drive, you need to take two buses or spend about 50 euros to go to Ciutadella and the same goes for many other areas in Menorca. We quite enjoyed spending time by the pool and the restaurant was nice, but because of the location and the lack of transport links we didn't get to see Menorca as much as we'd like.

The room is pleasant and plenty big enough. Beds are excellent as was the provided cot. Room is bright and airy with excellent balcony and pool view in our case. Kitchen is not really usable other than two small hobs, but we weren't there to cook. Bathroom is functional but clean. The strength of the hotel is in the other facilities. Pools are excellent standard, there's three of varying depths, all spotless and great condition. In June, the place was quiet with lots of sun beds (free). Good grounds and surroundings, including supermarket. The highest standard is the staff, helpful and pleasant. kids club is excellent as is lifeguard service. Always on hand, even for smallest slips. Downsides are the tv, small and although has skynews, this is the only English Channel. The wifi only exists in the lobby and the walk to town and beach is long and hot. Not recommended for small kids but there is a great shuttle service provided free by the hotel. Also, Percy the express train, on the road every 45 mins. Overall, highly recommended and with excellent breakfast and snack hut, you don't need to leave the complex regularly.

Magnífico hotel ideal para viajes en familia.
El hotel cuenta con tres piscinas al aire libre rodeadas de césped y palmeras. Las habitaciones cuentan con una pequeña cocina y una maravillosa terraza con vistas al jardín. Señalar que durante nuestra estancia el hotel tuvo un pequeño contratiempo y lo solucionaron en un tiempo récord. Un equipo muy profesional y muy motivado.

Hotel je hezký pokoje velké, bazény super. Měli jsme pouze snídaně, večeře se dokupuje za 18,5 EUR + si platíte ještě pití. Člověk nejede na dovolenou kvůli internetu , ale zpoplatněná wifi se mi nelíbila. Jezdí sem hodně rodiny s dětmi. Každý den nám chodili uklízet.

Ottima location, vicino alla spiaggia di son bou ma leggermente in promontorio quel tanto che basta per stare in un oasi di pace a due passi dal mare... La experiencia no ha sido mala del todo, aunque la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Entendemos que estamos en mitad del campo, pero el polvo de la habitacion y las arañas del tamaño de elefantes no tienen excusa!
