Unacceptable service. Lounge area closed. No coffee on premises. No coffee maker in room. No wifi available except in lobby (although told otherwise). Mold observed in room. Paint peeling, chipping. TV in poor condition.

The area seemed a bit unsafe but there were no problems and there was a lot of noise until 3 AM as people were partying on the parking lot in front of the rooms. But fair price for a last minute overnight stay close to the airport.

I was highly disappointed when I went to the property that I canceled my service that same day. The bed was dirty with cigarette burn marks on the comforter. Also, the lamp light was covered in yellow orange filth. Also, the bathroom door was punched in from the inside and out. Also, the doors was horrible very rusty and old and the door was shaking and was not secured. Did not feel safe in that room at all. The mirror had black spots all on it. Bathtub was not clean at all. Also, I have photos that I need to upload because it’s not what it is said online will never again book again at red roof in Memphis.

There was a huge pile of garbage outside that I asked to have removed, after 2 hours they still hadn’t, they put us in another room instead(which was just downstairs from the garbage, so we could still smell it! Also the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly.We ended up just leaving with no refund as there was no reasoning with the guy at the front desk!

Booked for one night on travel through. The front desk check in was super rude, room was filthy. Noisy ? I think people live there long term, yelling/shouting. The power went out - no one at front desk. Felt very unsafe, terrible sleep.

I certainly wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Service at checkin was the best part. Sheets and towels all had several marks on them white linen doesn’t hide anything. After shower my feet were dirty again. Area is in a low socioeconomic area. It was close to Graceland was a plus. But does appear they are doing renovations. Things may improve.

I liked the convenience of the location, THAT'S IT!! Everything else was below standard. There were holes in the baseboards, the furniture had about 3 layers of dust, the door had a half inch opening at the bottom, so any rodent couod have easily come in. End of the day....DON'T STAY HERE.

Upon arriving, the desk clerk explained that Child Protective Services and the Police Department and coroner were investigating a baby's death, in the the next room. My credit card was charged, for two nights, but the desk clerk refused to give us the key-card unless we gave him $$$ extra in cash. Nothing worked in the room. Absolutely no amenities, other than basic wash cloth and towel. It looked like they hadn't even as much as finished the room (interior has been repainted, and some repairs made, but looked like they stopped and never finished). Definitely did NOT get what I paid for. And have not been offered a refund, points or anything to reimburse the horrible accommodations. Expedia, you can do better.

Bathroom door was broken and would not even close. The floor was dirty and left our feet black. The mini fridge had a broken leg and rocked badly. The shower activator was so corroded the activator had to be forced to get it to operate. All in all it was a expensive dirty room. NEVER AGAIN will I use a Red Roof facility.

It is a very shady looking place. There’s no way I would’ve stayed at this hotel by myself it was the floors was so dirty feet were black just from walking across the floor. They had no ice machine that worked and I would not recommend this place to my dog.

When we walked in, the drawers of dresser were hanging out. Upon shutting the drawers, they promptly came out again. All the bath towels were horribly stained. The bathroom floor was filthy with a plastic fingernail on it and the top of a razor, along with long hairs in the bathtub. It was noisy as it was by the airport which should be expected.

Our room was nasty, toilet had pee spots on it, had a hand towel wrapped behind the toilet. The towel rack had a piece of hair hanging from it. The sink was dirty. Microwave was disgusting. One of the drawes has trash in it along with ashes, non smoking room my butt. The bed was clean and comfortable. I will never stay there again, I think they need to get better housekeeping and do a better job at remodeling. Definitely can hear everything everywhere.

I wouldn’t give the furniture to a second hand store. Not even a chair in the room. Couldn’t drink the city water, but they wouldn’t give you bottled water, had to buy it. Best thing I can say was no bugs, superficially clean, but really old and decrepit. Only stayed there because I made an error and booked this location instead of the one in West Memphis.
