Thank you for your feedback. We no longer place the robes in the rooms due to COVID. We will deliver them upon request. The bottled water situation is different at the Canopy. We only give waters to the Diamond members, and we sell the waters to everyone else. We suggest using the glass bottle which are in the rooms to get water from the water filling station which is a part of the ice machine. Premium rooms are on the 4th or 5th floor therefore there is more sunlight with a view of Peabody or a downtown view that has the garage next door to us.
