The pool was a highlight of our trip, being Melbourne was so nice to be heated all the time to a temp the kids loved! Unfortunately our room was not cleaned for 3 days although being out all day. We went during F1 so pricing was very high (as was everywhere). The location is quiet but tram is quick back to city! Very helpful in returning items we left behind back to us.

Great place to stay with two children. Loved the pool and gym and easy walk to marvel stadium. Room was super clean. Highly recommend it.

Check in took too long. One lift wasn’t working so it took ages to get up to my floor. when I finally got to my room , the key didn’t work and I had to go back down again.

Hotel in general was amazing: great staff, gym, pool & function rooms for my post-competition banquet. Tram stop & The District shops literally right out the front. Walking distance to O’Brien Icehouse where my skating competition took place. Only let down was with the bathroom. Not many places to hang up bath towels, hand towels, pool towels or dry off wet swimwear. Finding room was tricky to come by. Other the that the room was gray & super comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, nice and clean with very friendly staff. Located in a nice quiet area with food and shops across the road and the free tram just out the front of the hotel

Parking is off site - 300 mts walk from the hotel. It’s unsafe to park your car at the offsite parking and walk to hotel at night with kids and family. Offsite parking is mentioned in the fine print but just starting for their awareness.

Highly recommend
Staff were very attentive and professional. The location was fantastic and opposite a large shopping complex with specialty shops, restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. It was also walking distance to numerous activities including ice-skating, exhibitions, cruises and a cinema. We will definitely be returning.

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool and spa area were beautiful as was the rest of the hotel. We also had our two litte ones with us and they happily provided a cot and an extra blanket which was very handy. Definitely recommend!

It was close to trams and shops. We booked a double queen room - didn’t receive it as said was double booked. They said they ‘upgraded us’ but had a king room with a roll away bed, which took up the entire room. That’s all they had, close to the elevator so heard that all night, and view was poor looking onto bin lined street. Very disappointed. ☹️

Just out of the hustle and bustle of the main city in saying the it’s only a 10min drive. There is another main shopping centre right across the road. The accommodation/facilities were great and very clean.
