The motel room was in poor condition the room was small although could not sat dirty it was not as clean as expected , it was not cheap for the quality of the room , the entry was very dirty with dust that seemed years old, i was far from imressed and will never stay there again.

My choice was to be on the motorway network quickly, which I was, staff were very helpful eager to answer questions. I caught the train into the big smoke from the station, which has free parking.

Very average accommodation but as a motor inn I wouldnt expect anything too fancy. Waited at check in for 5-10mins before someone actually realised I was there. Check in process was quick and easy. Went to the restaurant onsite and was overcharged $14 we didnt get a receipt so were told we couldnt get a refund which was annoying. Beds were comfy, pillows the opposite. Overall average stay, wouldnt say it was worth the price. But would return if only using accommodation for sleeping which is what we used it for.

Pleasant staff, plenty of parking, very clean property, well appointed room with a beautiful recently renovated bathroom. The only negative was the door that was difficult to open and close. Would definitely recommend a stay here though.

The rooms have a very strange smell. Very old and outdated. Bathroom very old, toilet paper holder broken. Tv broken. Doesn’t feel clean. Dirty menus on table. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean that is the only positive I have to say. Staff at check in was extremely rude

Functionally Good
First-time stay and will return because of the convenient location to a client. The exterior is not too flash but the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent. We didn't eat at the restaurant, choosing rather to head into Sunshine using the public transport that stops right outside in both directions.

We enjoyed the pool and spa. Rooms were basic but clean and functional. Caters well to overnight travellers.

No bowls, plates or cutlery to use so I could have breakfast. Microwave sat on a wooden box, it all seemed a bit unprofessional. Much better accomodation at discovery park for less.

Very dirty and in very bad shape. The walls were dirty and bashed up, the second bedroom had cracks that hadn’t been repaired.The amount of dust everywhere was terrible. Around the microwave, the bed head, the blind had chunks of dust the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, bathroom floor was dirty, we had no face washers so we looked in the drawers as there was hair etc in there. Roof in bathroom had mould growing and a collection of bugs. Dust webs hanging from the ceiling and in the wall corners. We were that disgusted with it we slept on top of the bed because if they couldn’t be bothered to dust who can say what the bed was like. We should have looked properly earlier when we picked our key up. We would never stay here again or recommend anyone else to.

the mirror in the bathroom hasnt been cleaned. There was a message written on the mirror, you could only see it when the mirror fogged up.

Property is an old one but well maintained. Friendly reception and good restaurant within the property. Room service is excellent. The property does not have great connectivity with public transport and quite isolated. No restaurants or cafes around. Hardly anything to do around the hotel.

Hotel was clean but toilet filled every half hr all night long and then in the morning had no hot water for a shower. Room was very dated .
