The washing machine didn’t work at all, the apartment was dirty. The dooner had no quilt or anything on it and all you could see was stains.. overall it was a great location and easy to get everywhere. Could be a really good hotel, just really needs some TLC.

We visited for Aust.Open tennis for 3 days.Great location, easy walk to the train station which is only 1 stop to Richmond and an easy access to the tennis, MCG and AAMI Park. Trams are also at the doorstep. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. Chapel St is a foodie paradise ! Supermarket across the road making it easy to buy supplies. The little kitchen has everything you need. The units are spacious and far better than a pokey hotel room. Who needs room service!

Cheap but you get what you pay for
Apartment is in a great location and cheap. However the building feels dated. The hotel floor outside the lift smelt like cigarettes and was very musty. We had to hold our breath to stop feeling sick. Toilet kept running so had to make sure bathroom door was shut at night The lady at the front desk is very helpful and kind.
