Lovley spacious property with plenty of space in each room, clean and comfortable with the exception of a few things, a little outdated with no modern facilities in the sense of charging points, the shower had black Mould in it, the ironing board could not be used due to poor cover and the towels had holes in them.

Expensive for a very average room. On arrival I had to pay another 300 for security deposit which I did not receive back for a week. Staff were rude and I had to ask for a receipt 4 times. The place was dirty with dead flys on the furniture and a motorbike was riding in the paddock next door for hours into the evening.

Hello Russell, We are extremely sorry for this experience. Upon booking it is mentioned that the security pre-authorisation bond takes up to 5-7 days to return into your account. The time it takes the bank's to process this we have no control over, but we do recommend to guest's wanting the bond to be returned promptly to pay cash as we can return that the morning of your departure.For the state of the room however, we apologise and will escalate this to ensure this matter is dealt with promptly within our housekeeping team. As for the noise, we have dealt with this issue, so for any future stay's this will no longer be a problem. We appreciate your feedback and will implement this promptly. We hope your next stay with us is more enjoyable.
Terrible experience. Rubbish from previous guests still in the room. Facilities were unusable . Customer servive not good.

The room had a busted air conditioner. Got a different room but with the aircon in the living area and not main bedroom, we ended up sleeping on the fold out couch for which no bedding had been supplied

accommodation area lovely out of town quiet rural setting, unfortunately the Queen bed was terrible we did not get very much sleep as we rolled into middle of bed, and me & my partner are not big people. Also not impressed with the $300 deposit that is required to stay, refunded the next day after inspection of room.

There was dirty bathroom linen left in the bathroom drawers from previous tenants that wasn’t removed. The TV sound cut in and out so it was near impossible to watch a movie. And we were charged a $300 bond on arrival that I wasn’t aware of.

The apartment was good sized and well equipped. The surrounding area is a bit neglected. The service though was the biggest let down. $300 bond is a bit steep when there is no mini bar and then trying to check out there was no one at reception at 9.15am and no answer when trying to ring through. 2 days after we left and still waiting for my $300 bond to be returned. Pretty poor service.

We enjoyed our stay at Quality Suites Point Cook, the room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning was perfect and having Foxtel channels was an added bonus also.

The amenities are great. Pool and gym room are great for the stay.
Tissue box with only few tissues left. Request for new tissues and extra pillows and blankets but the receptionist only said "See what I can do", then nothing happen for the rest of my stay.

Room was great, bed was comfortable. Would stay again. Outside was a mess. Gardens overgrown and everything outside was dirty. In-house food prices seemed high, we did not try them, decided to go down the road where there were a few simple options.
