Me and my friend stay in this apartment. Really bad experience, like literally small insect fly in the room for whole night . And bed mattress , it was soo uncomfortable. I can’t sleep even single one hour for whole night..

A very strange review. You came to me at 9.30 AM requesting an extended check out and there was no mention of the bugs/insects in the room. When you left at midday, still no remarks when you gave me the key. Are you sure you weren't dreaming these critters.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no designated area for smoking as being a non smoker I had to put up with the people next to us virtually smoking outside our door and the smell coming through our bathroom and eventually into our room.

Hi Darren. Apologies for such and can fully understand. If we had our way, we would ban smoking on the property completely. Unfortunately, dirty smokers will always be in our clean world.

Lovely room with great facilities, very clean. So handy to shops, just walk over the road and there is restaurants, bakery and an IGA, perfect. We had a late check in and it was not a problem, great communication. Big thanks after a huge day of travelling

John. High loading weekends with last minute reservations are always 25% higher in tariff. Same applies to airlines as you may be aware. Best to book at least 3 weeks in advance anywhere you travel.

Reasonable place to stay
Apart from not being able to connect to the WiFi (not enough signal in my room which was towards the rear of the complex) The room was clean and comfortable though a little dated. Property was convenient to shops, pub and restaurants.

Great little place where there aren’t many options
This is a really comfortable place. Without a lotta options in Melton, the motor Inn provides a nice bed, warm shower with good water pressure. The building itself is a little old school, but not in a rundown or bad way. The location is awesome and is surrounded with all the shops and places to eat. You could hope for. If you’re in Melton, it’s a solid option for a nice place to sleep.

Fab place to stay in Melton
Excellent!!!!…..friendly & very accommodating owner/reception!…comfortable beds, great shower & plenty of space. We simply needed a bed for the night as attended a wedding in the area….it impressed & was over ‘n above what we expected…..was a great place to stay!

A wonderful venue in the heart of Melton with a lot of dining options at your doorstep. The rooms have been refurbished and now have a modern look to them, are well maintained and very clean. Highly recommended for a short or long stay.

David was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the room had everything we wanted, and it was close to lots of shops and dining options. The rooms are getting a little dated, but it was still an excellent place to stay.

A bit overpriced for what it was.
Apart from a lack of power points to plug in computers etc the place was ok but did also think it was overpriced for what it was compared to places we stayed at on the NSW south coast for similar money.
