Easy booking and check in process. Room was on top floor which overlooked the pool. Quiet location a shaper walk from Richmond and the city. Would happily stay again.

I didn't like the fact that my room was at the front of the building and I could hear all the traffic and the trains which kept me awake at night. I would have preferred a quiet room at the back.

The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were wonderful. I wish they had been more clear about the on-site hotel parking and also that airport pickup was available. That information would have been helpful when I booked. It did not spoil my experience in any way. The fact that the staff were so kind and helpful made it a really great place to stay. I would stay there again.

Great access for Uber Eats deliveries right to the door. On site car parking for a fee. Limited eating options, outdated TVs. Close to Rod Laver etc but a little far from the centre of town.
