Beds are really nice, but the front desk staff is on average. Rude or unfriendly and pool doesn't get monitored for cleanliness very often.

Reasonable prices with only a $10 pet fee. Friendly efficient staff. Nice large rooms. Pool, hot tub, restaurant & pub on site, seated, plated breakfast means you dont have to run around town.

Bed was very uncomfortable I felt like I was on a slant and way too soft. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good had several options and our server was so nice and helpful.

Made to order free breakfast. Big room with fridge, micro wave, 2 sinks. Ive stayed in a lot of hotels and this place is GREAT for the price. Ill definetly stay here again next time im in this area.

Rogue regency is a clean hotel with a good bar at Chadwick’s with tremendous comedy on the weekends.

Very congested area, not suitable for walking around. We belatedly realized we only needed one room and the reception person offered to cancel (while charging us for both rooms and not giving us a receipt). He said we should contact Expedia for a refund. However, the reservation was "pay at hotel", so this was a bit dishonest, as we found out when we contacted you.

When I checked in the the guy at the counter did not want to take the time to address things I were told at booking and told me to deal with it in the AM. I went to get my complimentary breakfast in the AM and dining room staff complained about me requesting to get it to go and then even asked if I would come back at a later time to do take-out because it was an inconvenience for them. The front desk manager that I spoke to about my complaints was very understanding, polite and professional as so was the front desk girl that I spoke to on the phone.

Led light from motel next door shines right into the window (it’s never night time). The microwave was so old I couldn’t heat up the inside of all my food I brought from home. Toilet wasn’t cleaned (piss opening visible on the front of the toilet seat). My key card didn’t work most days so after going to my room I would have to go back downstairs to the counter and wait in line after a 12 hour work day. I had to finally go down to let the staff know what was going on when I got interrupted while taking a bath on my last evening. I had to get out of my bath and couldn’t take my quick shower afterwards because the tub was leaking in the room below me. I let the staff in my room while in my towel so they could see there was no water on the floor so I wouldn’t get blamed for it. I talked the several people at the front desk and nobody could do anything for me. I was never able to get in touch with anyone who could. Two days later they refunded me about one nights stay worth and I was there for a work week. Nobody reached out like I was told would happen several times. Instead they just did what they wanted and didn’t even try to get a hold of me and make it right.

When I got to my room, the TV didn't work. When I tried to call the front desk to report it, there was no dial tone. When I tried to connect to the WiFi using the instructions in their brochure, the network name and password were incorrect and I never got connected. The room was nice, the staff was very nice and I appreciated the free breakfast. But if you have the lowest toilets in the world, you need to install a grab bar so people can get up!

This is a well kept older property. I was concerned about the price to value ratio, and was pleased with what I received. The bed was good and the room was in generally good condition. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.

The cooked to an order breakfast and the hours served were excellent! The only 2 things that I would say negative was the deadbolt on my door didn’t work, even after they said they fixed it. The coffee maker also didn’t work so getting up at 3:30 for a flight was not Pleasant without drinking coffee. The hotel did move me into another room when they realized the deadbolt was still broken.
