"Overall a great property and all of the staff members were very helpful. The only reason I took a start away is because every time my room was cleaned, they never replaced the wash cloth. I had to keep asking for new ones everyday. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The drink service at our room door was a very pleasant surprise. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance and there was never a time I didn't feel unsafe. I would stay here again in the future. "

"Great location for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Pretty centrally located for excursions too. We had the 3-bedroom suite, which had an upstairs patio and jacuzzi. It was great setup and offered plenty of privacy. Fran and Santiago were very helpful and attentive to any requests. "

"Welcoming and friendly hotel staff. Very professional and courteous. The staff was always willing to help and provide recommendations. Housekeeping did excellent job keeping my room clean. The Hotel is located very close to the Park. The only recommendation would be during breakfast they ask for your room number and sign guess receipt. It would better to get the information before the guess start eating instead of interrupting while they are eating. Overall, it was a wonderful stay"
