I forgot her name she was very friendly and gave me beautiful Kaaba view room
However just one suggestion we stayed in fairmount hotel they gave us welcoming Arabic coffee with dates in the room but in this hotel they only gave at the desk but not in the room I would love to go there again if they do so"
"We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Location is good and only a 25min walk to the Haram. There is also a shuttle but the drop off location isn't ideal. The manager Hamid is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but could do with adding more options. Rooms are clean and have all the basic enemies. I would recommend this place."
