Beautiful hotel, the staff were helpful and kind. The metro station is a 5 minute walk, and the grocery store on the first floor is super convenient. Great place overall

There are not enough words to explain how wonderful our stay was for my birthday weekend. My husband and I decided to so a staycation for the weekend and happened upon this gem. Amazing, wonderful and relaxing to sat the least. The location to shopping was great and the staff were all very friend and courteous. I’m not good with names but we had dinner at the bar and Meaghan our bartender was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is great and love the proximity to The Perch and its outdoor entertainment options. I booked a Junior Suite with a king bed and my only complaint is that I was given a room with a queen bed.

I always enjoy my stay at The Watermark. Nice clean hotel with great amenities! It is my go to hotel in Tyson Corner. The only hiccup is the gps kept sending the uber drivers to a different location. Not sure why the hotel doesnt register on the map. Otherwise great stay for my Mother's Day weekend.

I was going to give this hotel 5 stars but the 2 easy fixes. One of the issues were the hot water…the water only get hot first few hours of the morning. I know because I showered mid afternoon and at bedtime. My husband and I were on a staycay and we spending times alone for the weekend. I take multiple showers throughout the day. The water only gets lukewarm after running it for 15 min. The sinks get hot but not the shower. It was weird anyways… I have stayed here before and that wasn’t an issue last time. Lastly, $25 a night for parking . I can see $10 but $25 a little much. Everything else from Staff, quality of room, decor, cleanliness (super clean) and the ambiance a 5. I would stay again when we hanging out in the DC/tyson corner area
