When I initially called to cancel my reservation because the hotel.disnt have water the attendant answers the saying only 'hello.' So, I wasnt sure who I called. During my stay multiple times employees were having personal conversations including the use of profanity, and weren't dressed professionally. You would've be able to identify them from a guest in their pj's.There were bugs in my room, hair in multiple towels. The heat had to be on about 82 otherwise the air was cold. Wish I had stayed at the Hampton.

The hidden fees were astronomical. The heat was not working and they had no one to comw help. I had no water glass or soap to bathe. I had to go downstairs to get a blackwt.

I am sorry to hear of your bad experiences. Booking through a third party sometimes hidden fees are encountered that's why we suggest to book direct to avoid these. I am not sure about water glass as we have disposable cups near coffee station in all rooms and with the new IHG policies all rooms have shower gel instead of soap bars. Unfortunately extra blankets are only available upon request so I do apologize about that and hope you will visit us again in the future.
The service was great. They were very courteous. The rooms were very clean and well kept. The location is great for just a get away day. I would highly recommend this Property to anyone looking for a "Goodnights Sleep"
I asked for them to put on my igh card and claimed they couldn't without even trying

I am so sorry about this. Unfortunately, when booking through a third party agent instead of IHG, you cannot receive benefits or rewards as IHG requires you to book direct to receive these.
Rooms were scarce in McComb, so this was my only option and it was a very good choice. The hotel was very clean, fitness equipment worked and the staff was friendly. The room was nice and even came with a ceiling fan which is a game changer for cool comfort. The room did have a slight musty smell which may have come from the air conditioner, but the room was spotless.
The best part of my stay was hands down the breakfast. Such a large selection of very good food to start the day. And they even had a cocktail hour in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel in area. Very clean, comfortable, & quiet. Close to mall, hospital, & restaurants. Great breakfast with lots of hot and cold variety. Clean, attractive, sunny swimming pool. Clean and well-equipped work out room. I've stayed in other hotels in this area...this is the best!
The rooms was different from any other hotel, it just felt real relaxing.

It took her almost 30 minutes to check me in. We arrived late at night after a full day of driving. She kept saying they had denied my card but I had proof that Hotels.com had received payment. It finally got figured out. The bathroom was not deep cleaned and the heater stopped working in the middle of the night. Breakfast was good.
