We have stayed here about 5 times. The rooms aren’t 5 star but have always been keep up. Last night we got the room definitely in need of restoration. It was on the back side and really rough. I booked online to confirm we would find room as was a holiday weekend. They said at checkout that the good rooms were full. Recommend looking at room prior to payment if possible.

Expedia definitely needs to be updated with proper photos, this place is old and worn down, our room was nasty, black mold on the walls, ceiling, and in the tile grout, floors felt nasty and sticky and left our feet black after walking barefoot in our room after just being there for the first few minutes! The bedding was paper thin and we asked for more blankets and our request was ignored over and over, never got them. The pool was decent as well as the AC, the only postives I have for it and being across the beach was nice but I did not feel clean staying here!

Pool area and hallways extremely slippery, unsafe. Not to mention my 3 year old got a deep cut on her toe, unsure how, in the pool area. My girls couldn't walk around the pool area without slipping every 5 seconds, we left the pool area after about 10 mins. Hallways were as slippery as the pool area! Asked for towels at the reception area, guess what? There weren't any! Room was outdated, dirty looking. Shower had no running hot water, vanity faucet was loose and brown water came out when opened. Couldn't sleep at all, you can hear all the street noise right through the windows and walls. Would never stay here again.

Restaurant staff, pool staff and maid services staff were nice and welcoming. Front desk staff need to be more welcoming and friendly. The bed mattress was uncomfortable and hard! pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

No one had told told us that the entire pool area was under renovation Along with most of the hotel areas.. We would have booked a different hotel since that was our deciding point. 1 water bottle in room instead of 2 and given 2 twin beds instead of 1 king as requested.

No me gusto que en la publicidad muestra que el hotel esta en la playa pero en realidad esta cruzando la calle. El costo es por un hotel de playa. I did not like that in the advertising it shows that the hotel is on the beach but in reality it is crossing the street. The cost is for a beach hotel.

The hotel overall is old and not very well kept. It looked so much better in photos. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable the view to the ocean is nice. The air-conditioning sistem need to be upgraded does not work all the time. And being in such a hot location . It can be uncomfortable. The restaurant is expensive and definitely not the quality of food you pay for.

Hotel is outdated, dirty, starting from the entrance, the floors everything inside the room was not very clean. I would never stay here again even if it was free. Door was hard to open, one bed looked like it was used, the cleaning ladies don’t do a good job, staff are not very friendly they don’t say good motor anything. They charge you 200 pesos deposit for the tv control remote and they can at least clean the damn remote🙄. The actual beds are old and stained, one of my pillow cases had a big stain. The back of the toilet was dirty like when it has pipí for days omg it’s the most terrible hotel, it was more a like a star motel. It’s not worth it the money you pay, the only good thing is the location but even the pool is not very clean, everything is old. I’m telling you don’t spend your money on this hotel, it’s better if you pay a taxi to get here to the boardwalk and have a clean bed elsewhere.

Well the cleaning lady’s was very rude to us and after Check out time we forgot the remote control my husband when back to look for it the cleaning lady hide the control from us and after other very sweet women also part of the cleaning crew told us we’re there hide it ( over all a very bad experience over 200 Mexican pesos. Not going back .
