Terrible servicio. Las habitaciones están en mal estado. En mi baño no servía la luz, paredes y puertas en mal estado. Muy caro para el cuarto que te dan. Es la segunda vez que vengo, la primera vez fue hace 3 años y me gusto mucho. Esta ocasión no me agrado.

Propiedad en mal estado, no serví el elevador y mandaron a mi mamá al cuarto piso y ella es de la tercera edad, no recomiendo para nada, muy mala relación calidad m/ precio.

The place is central, many restaurants around and transportation... the beach is nice and clean. The only thing is that the cleanliness of the room is not good, on the 4th floor they are doing renovations and that makes it look dirty. The employees are all friendly and helpful

My bed mattress was disgustingly stained yellow, we did not notice until check out when I was checking the sheets to see if there was personal items being left behind.

Unfortunately this hotel is not like in the pics, is really deteriorated, the room was dusty cause the renovation works in the same floor, AC didn’t work the first day. I was expecting the same quality as the emporio in Mexico City, the chain is inconsistent. The pool are was fine, the staff very kind. They should renovate before reopening, cause the locating is really good and has a nice beach.

The staff was amazing! We were upgraded to one of their renovated rooms, which was really nice! They are still under renovation mode, but that’s ok! Only dislike is the loud music all day and into the night.

First of all, the first morning at the diner, they had no coffee, the next day also no coffee, finally the 3rd day they had coffee, and it wasn't that good! Invest in some good coffee and tourist would be happier!

Third time staying at emporio ; this was second time saying at a suite ; everything was okay expert the horrible smell coming out of the toilet ; despite closing it still smelled like sewer! Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful

Horrible hotel. Way too overprice for the quality you’re getting. The rooms and outdated and smell horrible. Is nothing like you see in the pictures at all. Please go somewhere else. You can find a better place and experience for that price. The only nice thing about it is the pool. Apart from that the employees are rude. If you ask to speak to the manager they will tell you they don’t know who it is and don’t know the name as well. Please stay away if you can!

The pictures of the hotel is nothing compared to the rooms. The first room I got had mold and smelled I had to ask for another room. The other room was a little better but it’s needs updating. I wish I had read the reviews it was very disappointing.

Mold in our first room very dirty. 2nd room was a bit cleaner. But my sibilings didn’t upgrade so they had mold in there room as well. Over all staff was nice and distance to malecón was 2 min walk.
