In a room with my family, 3 childeren. In front of music enertainment until late in the night!!! 5 nights bad/ No sleep, poor beds, very simple room, huge price / quality difference. You can follow the movie of the neighbours TV!! And everything else!! Horrible. Reception promises but do not deliver. Never ever will I visit Pian Dei Mucini resort again. A big NO GO AGAIN Only the pool is very nice

Pool vacations in Toscana
Nice hotel with a big pool and breakfast included. Perfect for the bigger families. The buildings are not the newest. Very good breakfast with options for those who needs gluten-free food.

Dit is een zeer mooie locatie. Wij zaten op de 2 appartementen op de eerste verdieping met uitzicht op Massa Maritemma. 's Avonds een heerlijke bries. Groot zwembad en park is ruim opgezet. Voor boodschappen moet je rijden, een Conad en Coop 5km verderop. De Conad heeft daarbij een goede electrische lader.Aandachtspunt: behalve keukenlinnen zijn er ook geen wijnglazen in huis. Neem die mee! Bedden zijn tikkeltje te hard en er is geen vaatwasser.

Struttura bella, anzi molto bella, camera bella e 1. colazione ottima. Ma con delle pecche incomprensibili e ingiustificabili.... ... Check in alle 16 e check out alle 10, cioè l'albergatore ha inventato la giornata di 18 ore, ... Piscina inaccessibile, contrariamente alle informazioni della prenotazione, ... Connessioni telefoniche e wifi possibili soltanto nelle aree esterne, ... Il lucernario sopra la porta della camera illuminava il letto in modo diretto, svegliandomi all'alba, ... La richiesta bizzarra, bocciata, di pagare la tassa di soggiorno all'arrivo consegnando la ricevuta alla partenza. La tassa é di 1,50€ a persona notte e non di 1€ come indicato in prenotazione. Alcune costruzioni del comprensorio sono storiche, peccato che non vi siano informazioni al riguardo.

Weekend molto piacevole. Contesto splendido immerso nella natura con bellissima vista. Clima perfetto. Piscine comode e molto curate. Ambiente silenzioso e rilassante. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Servizio molto buono.

Sehr schön angelegtes toskanisches Resort mit einzigartigem Ambiente. Der Aufenthalt am Pool war top. Die Zimmerausstattung war allerdings sehr spartanisch. An der Tür zum Zimmer gab es bereits Einbruchspuren und richtig abschließen konnte man nicht. Das Badezimmer hätte schon längst modernisiert werden müssen. WLAN oder Netz gab es im Zimmer ebenfalls nicht. Beim Frühstück kam das Personal mit dem Abräumen der Tische nicht hinterher, sodass man oft lange auf einen Tisch warten musste. Als Deutscher muss man seine Erwartungen beim Frühstücksbüffet weit herunterschrauben. Für uns war die Unterkunft leider mehr Schein als Sein.

Nice swimming pool, but had to pay extra for 2 lounge chairs, as only 2 are foreseen per accommodation. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a better restocking, and clearing of tables. Car needed as the resort is not close to a town centre. Nive views of the Tuscan country side. Very bad 4G reception and no WiFi in the appartement, only WiFi available at reception. Appartement was nice, clean and big enough for 4, but lacks a dishwasher in the kitchen.

Ho dovuto pagare appena ho fatto il check in le tasse di soggiorno che oltretutto erano più alte di quelle comunicate, senza neppure essere rimborsato... Sono venuto con un neonato e mi hanno assegnato un appartamento con due camere separate e per di più rialzato con scale senza neanche accompagnarci... Pulizia scarsa, macchie gialle ovunque compreso sugli asciugamani e sui muri... In 4 giorni di soggiorno non si è visto alcun personale della struttura, completamente abbandonata a sé stessa, in evidente stato di fallimento avanzato...2 Rotoli di carta igienica a disposizione per tre persone in 4 giorni, asciugamani mai cambiati, nessuno si è mai presentato a fare le pulizie. Sicurezza zero, chiunque poteva entrare ed uscire senza essere visto né fermato.. Servizi molto deludenti, con un campo da basket e da pallavolo con reti complimentanente bucate e deteriorate, pavimenti pieni di buche (è migliore quello che si trova nei nostri parchi pubblici urbani). Bar in piscina presente, ma a serrande perrenemente abbassate. E se avevi sete e andavi a bere qualcosa 6.50 euro un bicchiere di birra!!! Una vacanza totalmente da dimenticare. Consiglio di chiudere la struttura al più presto.

Struttura bellissima. Camera da migliorare, porta e finestra che non chiudono bene, materassi singoli per letto matrimoniale, avevo chiesto la sostituzione o un topper, ma non c’è stata. Al buffet, servizio un po’ caotico, stoviglie sporche appoggiate sul bancone bar dove ci sono clienti che consumano. In generale esperienza positiva, ma forse doveva costare un po’ meno.

Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben als Familie für 5 Personen gebucht. Leider war die Unterkunft nicht komplett dafür ausgestattet. Auf der Terrasse hat z. B. hierfür ein Stuhl gefehlt. Als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben, haben wir die mangelnde Sauberkeit bemängelt ( klebriger Boden, abgeschnittene Fingernägel, Krümmel, Staubflusen, Blutflecken ander Türe...). Obwohl Italien von Wasser umgeben ist, kennt man hier keinen Putzeimer mit Wasser. Das Appartement wurde lediglich mit Sprühflasche 'nachgebessert'. Der defekte Wasserhahn der Spüle wurde wenigstens. getauscht. Wir waren nicht einmal im Restaurant. Das Essen (Salat) sieht nicht frisch aus. Das Buffet ist für toskanische Verhältnisse enttäuschend und mit 25€/Person verrechnet zu teuer. Die Osteria angrenzend übertrifft dies sogar noch. Hier ist man im Glauben hochwertig zu kochen. Es mangelt aber an Beilagen. Der Preis für ein Abendessen ist viel zu teuer. Für das Geld kann man evtl. sogar zweimal in Massa Marittima Essen gehen.

Bellissima location ma struttura inadeguata
Purtroppo esperienza negativa. Location stupenda ma pulizia , servizi e cura del cliente molto deludente. Wifi solo alla reception, per cui se i figli devono fare compiti su PC o tablet lasciate stare e niente aria condizionata. Camere datate e sporche. Bar e ristorante da lasciar perdere, camerieri sgarbati e quasi infastiditi dai clienti, ogni cosa che domandi sbuffano o rispondono male. Colazione a buffet e chi prima arriva meglio alloggia e code continue per un caffè o cappuccio dalle macchinette. A bordo piscina ci sono macchinette automatiche a pagamento ma non funzionano e il bagnino nemmeno ti avverte e rischi di mettere i soldi e perderli, almeno scrivere non funzionanti, tendaggi in piscina rotti da una settimana e nessuno se ne cura. La location in cui si trova è stupenda, tranquilla, poi ti infastidisci per l' incuria e la mancanza di servizi,veramente un peccato. Spero sia aiuto alla direzione per migliorarsi

Il personale della struttura si è rivelato gentilissimo e pronto a risolvere ogni richiesta che abbiamo presentato. Abbiamo richiesto il cambio della camera rispetto a quella assegnata e ci è stato concesso in base alle disposnibilità... la pulizia delle camere più che soddisfancente e la cortesia delle persone che abbiamo incontrato.. dalla reception al bagnino in piscina.

Soggiorno di un weekend. Personale alla reception molto cortese ed esaustivo. Piscina superlativa. Pulita, ben curata,abbiamo potuto usufruirne anche dopo il chek out. L'animazione di Carlo e del suo staff ok. Camera molto spaziosa. L'osteria, offre un buon menù, complimenti allo chef per i piatti con materie prime eccellenti. Unica nota dolente, il servizio all'osteria.

Enttäuschte Unterkunft
Leider bekamen wir zwei Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Die Oblichtfenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Mein Fenster war mit einem kleinen Öffnung versehen damit Luft reinkam. Es rroch im Zimmer auch nach Urin. Wir sind nach 2 Tagen abgereist. Leider haben wir 4 Nächte gebucht. Wir mussten fpr 4 Nächte bezahlen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Aber diese schrecklichen Zimmer. Wir freuten uns auf diese Anlage. Sollte für uns nicht sein.

schöner Ort - aber bescheidender Service
Die Anlage ist hübsch. Könnte aber mit wenig Aufwand mehr daraus machen. 2 von 8 Tagen kein Warmwasser. Frühstück bescheiden, restliches Essen ok. Aber für italienische Verhältnisse ungenügend . Am Empfang überfordert und verschiedene Auskünfte. Poollandschaft ok. Sehr unbequeme Betten. Die Animation und gewisse Leute im Service haben sich sehr mühe gegeben. Ja ist zwischen 2 und 3 Sternen...

Magisk sted
Helt fantastisk sted. Smukkeste udsigt og med gode muligheder for at køre ud til både bjergbyer og kysten. Virkelig god service, og der stod et fantastisk underholdningsteam klar til at sætte gang i aktiviteter for både børn og voksne.

Un palacio real con campo abierto para disfrutar
Un verdadero paraíso, una joya por sus verdes campos, sus jardines, la piscina impecable, parece un palacio real. Sólo falta un mejor servicio en la cocina aunque no está mal del todo
