We really enjoyed our 2 day stay here... it is right at the harbor ! We hiked the Callanque National Park and the next day we did the boat ride to see all 9 Callanques...I would higly recommend!! The staff were amazing..breakfast was great...and we were even permitted to use their other property pool !! We had a great time !!

Wonderful Cassis Retreat
Our stay was excellent! Nate, at the front desk was extremely helpful and went over and above to accommodate us and give us recommendations. We thought he was the owner as his customer service and attention to detail was second to none. A top notch professional. Breakfast was good and the hotel is as close as it gets to the port. They also offer a spa experience that you can book for the day of after breakfast that includes a steam room, dry sauna, sensory shower and cold jacuzzi. Easy to store luggage if you arrive well before check-in.

Amazing location. Right in the heart of it. Hotel breakfast was good with a nice outdoor patio. There's a great playground right beside it if you're traveling with kids, and a nice night market. The pool is indoors and you can reserve an hour to yourself (including the sauna, sensory shower & steam room) No parking onsite and limited options nearby. But once we were there, we didn't need the car anyway. Daily overnight parking was about 20 euro a day. Even with factoring in the parking, this place is a great deal.

Solid hotel in a great location
The Best Western Hotel and Spa in Cassis is in a great central location in town. A short walk from the harbor and beach along with countless restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful. Transit from the train station was easy via bus and a 400m walk to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very central in Cassis, great breakfast
Comfortable and clean but I think they forgot to clean the shower base in the room we were given. Central but quiet. No lift. Friendly staff. Would stay there again. Parking was €16/night and very very tight, but good to have.

Meh.
The location couldn’t be more perfect! The staff was friendly and available. The hotel was old and a bit unclean. We stayed in airbnb’s Mostly though our trip and this was the only hotel we had. We should’ve just stuck with the airbnb. It didn’t mention when booking it that you had to reserve a spot in the garage for parking, so that was an added cost for us too. It also doesn’t mention that there is no elevator (for the handicap seekers). Overall I’d give it a 4/10. Next time we’ll just stay at an airbnb.

Difficult to park in area atbusy season. No porter to help with bags if necessary . No elevator may be a problem for those not forewarned. Air conditioner only went on or off but it’s temperature controls were not operative. Great location for exploring town.

Location is good but that’s about it. There were dead bugs on the walls and ceiling of room, a blood stain on the headboard, no elevators, and a shower that a small-normal sized person can barely fit in never mind move around.

Good location, but nothing else. Old, not very clean, staff making noises at 9 am, and unhelpful front desk. Almost lost my train if I had followed their advice.

Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Fridge in room. Shower rose for bath, but no shower. WiFi not available in the room. Cassis is very small. If you are driving, ask about reserving parking.

Jai reservé une chambre à presque 160 euros avec mon épouse dans le but de profiter des équipements spa/hammam/jaccuzzi. Nous avons voulu reserver un créneau d'une heure dans l'après-midi ou la soirée: complet. Nous sommes rabattu au lendemain matin: complet. Pas de dédommagement, pas de petits-déjeuners offert en compensation, rien. La chambre était sympa et très propre mais les 160 euros ne sont pas justifié sans l'accès au spa.
