Service was slow. We had to ask several times before getting anything
We were promised an early check-in but they kept delaying it
The staff is not well trained, lots of them didn't answer our questions about the facilities
Room:
Drain of shower was blocked
The terrasse attending the room was decorated with dead and ugly plants
There wasn't an automatic daily refill of water, coffee or small amenities without asking
Coffee capsules were charged to the room for every refill
SPA:
Very dim and the smell wasn't appealing. The hairdresser charged double the price he gave me"
