I reserved the room for someone and paid with my PayPal account. after the guest arrived in the hotel, she couldn't stand it for short and canceled the room. unfortunate resepsenist made a mistake and instead of paying the refund to the original payment method, took a cash and gave it to guest and she walk away with my money. The hotel didn't accept any responsibility over the issue and responding why they refunded the money to someone who didn't pay for the hotel. Payment was PayPal and I believe it should have refunded to my PayPal account.

With this price hotel is very good , very high speed WI-FI, free and good air conditioning and easy transport by minibus to hotel and to city centre, helpful staff

Nobody speaks english, and the recepcionist/genitor doesn't say a word of english. We got to the room and it was completely dirty (the refrigerator had some funghi and old bread, the toilet was brown and behind it was all dirty, etc) and broken (the sink wasn't turning on, the shower throwing water everywhere and the whole toilet was full of water after my girlfriend took a shower). We called the genitor and requested another room, but he didn't want to give it to us. He tried to fix the shower though, but it didn't work, so he wanted us to use it like that. We had to wait for the genitor to go away and we had to discuss with another guy again until we could get another room, because he didn't want to change the room and he was very impolite. The other room had a working shower, but everything else was very dirty. Besides that, there is a night club on the other side of the street playing very loud music. Don't try to save some money getting a room at this hotel as we did, because it's a really bad experience and you feel bad trying to request your rights, because they pretend they don't understand english...

Great hotel the manager is a true gentleman Rooms cleaned every second day Clean beds Excellent rain shower Must say i was sceptical with the reviews but i would stay here 1000% again very peaceful

401 nolu odada kaldım klima bi çalışıyor bi çalışmıyordu. Tuvalet sigonuna basınca banyoyu su basıyordu. Rezalet bir yer. Fiyat performans olarak bile tavsiye etmiyorum.

Terkdilmiş metruk bir otelden bir tık daha iyi idi. Odadaki hiçbir şey çalışmıyordu. Sadece uyuduk ve ertesi sabah kaçtık.

Bütün gününü dışarıda geçirip sadece duş alıp uyumak isteyenler için önerebilirim ,otel çarşıya,sahile 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde etrafta turistlerin yoğunlukta olduğu müzikli lokantalar var. Saat 12.00 da müzik kapanıyor

Fiyata göre çok bir beklentimiz yoktu. Oda temizdi ancak banyo kötüydü. Barlar sokağına 5 dk mesafe demis ancak söylediği yer ingiliz restoranlarının olduğu bölge ve çok gürültülü. Marina ve barlar sokağı tarafına 30 dk yürüme mesafesi var. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi ancak otel konforlu değil.

Konum olarak güzel hareketli bir yer. İlk girişte muhatap bulamadık aradık öyle geldiler telefonda da receptionda olduğumuzu söylediğimizde sıkılarak tamam geliyorum dediler. Odada yarım pet şişe, tuvalette kullanılıp yere atılmış toplu duran peçeteler, duş başlığı yarım yamalak çalışıyordu.

Beklentim verdiğim para ile orantılı olarak düşük de olsa, otel temel beklentilerimi de karşılayamadı. Ben tekrar konaklamayı düşünmem ve bu nedenle tavsiye etmiyorum. Öncelikle sitede yer alan fotoğraflardan olumsuz anlamda çok farklı. Genel olarak oldukça eski ve kötü kondisyonda, bakımsız bir odada kaldım. Öncesinde muhtemelen temizlenmiş de olsa, özellikle banyo ve tuvaletin durumu temiz/rahat hissettirmedi. En büyük olumsuzluk, oda özelliklerinde vaadedilen klimanın soğutmuyor olmasıydı. Yetkiliye konuyu iletmeme rağmen bir çözüm getirilmedi. Sıcak yaz döneminde bu problem her şeyden daha çok mutsuz etti. Bunlar dışında yastık ve nevresimler yıkanmış ve temizdi ancak lekeliydiler. Konum olarak merkezi bir çevrede bulunuyor. Bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde. Çevresinde market, cafe ve pub'lar var. Ancak aynı zamanda bir çeşit eğlence merkezi olduğu için oldukça gürültülü. Müzik ve insan sesleri gece 12'ye kadar devam ediyor, sonra kesiliyor.

El hotel está ubicado en una avenida rodeada de restaurantes que ponen música a tope por la noche. En la recepción difícilmente haya alguien. Otros huéspedes entraban a toda hora por la noche/ madrugada gritando y golpeando. La ducha es solo un caño. Al apretar el botón del inodoro, salía agua por debajo, mojando todo el baño. La limpieza de la ducha bastante mala...

Oncelikle ida renk seçeneği isletmeyi alakadar eder, musteri begenmedigi otelde konaklama zorunluluguna sahip degildir. Otel fiyatlandirmasinda tum bilgiler mevcut fitgraflarlada gosterilmis siz bu sartlari kabul edip konaklamissiniz. Bunu bizim hatamizmis h bu gostermek hos degil. Dunyada her butceye uygun binlerce otel mevcut, bu ucrete 5 yildiz konforu beklemek haksizlik olur. Lutfen daha sonraki degerlendirmelerinizde karsi tarafa haksizlik yapmayin ..

Otelde herkes gayet güleryüzlü ve nazikti. Koridorlar ve oda temizdi, mis gibi kokuyordu. Konumu hem marmaris merkeze hem plajlara yakın mesafadeydi, araç park sorunumuz olmadı, çevresi de zaten merkezi olup ihtiyacınız olan her şeyin mevcut olduğu bir bölgeydi. Fotoğrafta görmediğimiz küçük bir buzdolabı da vardı odada. Her şey gayet güzeldi tekrar teşekkürler...
