The hotel didn’t offer any blanket or if you had to iron your clothes … there was not any iron available in hotel … the room and bathroom are so tiny for two people

We couldn't sleep the first night of our 2 day planned stay because of the very loud noise coming from the dance bars across a narrow street from our room. It was late and the staff told us to wait until the morning to change rooms. We decided to leave next morning and change hotels because we were not sure changing rooms will make much difference. We asked the manager to charge us only one night because we are not staying for the second night. He asked us to call Expedia which we did. Expedia talked to the manager and requested the cancellation of the second night. The manager later told me he would only refund the second night if I gave his hotel a positive review! I thought that was blackmailing but i told him I don't normally leave reviews since I don't have time for that. We left with the understanding that if I don't say anything bad about the hotel he would refund the second night that we did not use. He was lying. What a dishonest management.

At the beginning of June I stayed at Elite World Marmaris. The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is spotless and so lovely. The food including breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as the snack bar were all great & there were so many options. The views from the beach are stunning also. I’d highly recommend staying here.

A wonderful stay in a lovely hotel. The staff were first rate throughout and couldn’t do enough. As a vegetarian they ensured I knew what I could eat from the buffet and offered bespoke meals if required. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Tanning deck near the water is nice. The buildings have a nice esthetic with white and blue colors. My main complaint is the food, service in the kitchen area and the gym facilities. Food-I understand this is all inclusive, how ever the food is extremely low quality I had to step out every night to have dinner. Staff-seemed annoyed and agitated with every questions and request. Even one the “covid” off season where it is not busy at all. Gym facility is falling apart! Old and dirty weights with the seating missing knobs l.

Would stay again
The hotel is nice, unfortunately we were staying here on part of a road trip and paid the same price as we did at some 5* hotels so we were a little disappointed. This is a 4star hotel so we didnt expect the same standard but for the price we paid we expected a little more- i cant put my finger on exactly what it was! The staff are FANTASTIC and the most attentive we have seen. They make your holiday. Location is good as in the town centre. It is a very chilled out place with no loud music or entertainment. Rooms are clean and tidy, bathrooms lovely, decor great. Overall this was a great place to stay and would stay again if in the area.

Absolutley superb. How is this only 4 star!
From the moment we arrived untill the moment we left, the staff of elite world were superb. The place was spotless, food was too a good standard and plenty of it, room was modern and always kept stocked with clean towels and water etc, pool area and bar were outstanding and the staff never stopped. Covid was taken extremely seriously here and again staff made sure that your health and safety was prority. This is only a 4 star and having stayed at it's 5 star neighbour (club aqua) last year I wasn't expecting to find what we did. It was in my opinion better in all aspects apart from entertainment than club aqua was so it definitely should be a higher rating. I never stay in the same place twice but I can honestly say this will be considered next year when booking to go away. As I said all staff worked extremely hard but I have to give special mentions to Ishmael at the pool bar who never let your glass go empty and 2 of the bar/restaurant placed guys in Sedat and Serkan who had is in wrinkles laughing with they're cheeky grins, playful banter and high energy. And I nearly left out the best part which in my opinion was no kids!! Will most definitely be back.

The staff are superb, they couldn’t do enough for you particularly Ismail and Samet. The food was excellent and always so much choice, one small criticism the salad sauces and condiments could have been labelled!! The hotel was always clean, the gym was well equipped with modern equipment. The pool and sun beds were never an issue plenty to go round. I would highly recommend this hotel

WOW THE MOST AMAZING HOTEL.
We can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The staff are outstanding and all so friendly and helpful. Ishmal and Mamhet at the bar are wonderful and Keren in the restaurant is particularly helpful. We can’t wait to go back again. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The food is great and the pool area is so clean and tidy 11 out of 10 for everything.

Overall the hotel was excellent and the staff amazing ! A special mention to the two barmen Mehmet and Ishmail who are fantastic and the waiters in the restaurant could not do enough for you ! If there were any complaints it would be the fact that the maid while concentrating on making figures out of towels would forget to leave the tea and coffee in the room ! Also we booked and paid for a sea view room but got a side sea view room over looking ASDA lol ! We could see the sea though all be it side on !!! And crooked neck ! Friends of ours who arrived later were offered an upgrade from city view to sea view room ! For £80 cash payment only !!!!! ( no card payment allowed) Cash is king !!!! and they got a full sea view room , therefore opening there curtains everyday to a fantastic view

We spend 6 days in this hotel we had no issues at all. We were amazed by how friendly and helpful the staff is. Food is good and serving area is very clean. To sum it up, i will highly recommend this place. Well worth the money.

Beach is better but there’s no Elite Hotel bar there. It’s not like a resort but the prices are that of a resort’s.

Very nice hotel, staff seemed happy and helpful. Management were also friendly and helpful and treated their staff with respect, something not always seen and probably the reason everyone was so happy. Sea view was worth the upgrade as it also means no disturbance from road noise (its a quiet road but it only takes one noisy person) nice beach a minutes walk away

First trip to Turkey
This was a first trip to Turkey and most likely will not be our last!! We chose to stay at the Elite World Hotel as this was adults only, perfect for a married couple with no children. The hotel was in a good location, easily accessible to the beach, and lots of surrounding bars and restaurants. The hotel was stunning, great design, modern, clean, spacious. You were never without the option of food or drinks. Food was ok, very basic but tasty none the less. Although we enjoyed our short stay here, if I had to have one moan, it would be about the staff!!! I would say 80% of them were just ‘grumpy’!!! lacking smiles on their faces and the willingness to help and pro-actively engage with hotel guests. We did however come across one gem, his name was ‘Serhad’. we was brilliant, polite, friendly, happy, helpful!! He seemed like he loved his job and was always happy to be there. Worst staff experience was in the ‘Fitlife centre’. On our first day we went to book some massage treatments, was greeted by 2 ladies, one who appeared to be the manager and another who literally had the most miserable face on her every time I see her!! On top of this, she literally could not put her mobile phone down and seemed disgruntled that you disrupted her to book treatments. I found her very rude, she even brought her phone into the treatment room with her for my massage, which I showed up 10mins early for, she seemed annoyed about this also. I will add Massage was good.

Simply the best.
Fantastic hotel,fantastic staff who go out of their way to make your stay special. This is a four star all inclusive hotel with only 90 rooms,so very small and friendly. Food is superb and the choice is fantastic. Rooms are amazing we stayed in a superior deluxe with sea view. Never seen a bed as big. View from the balcony was amazing. Mini fridge stocked with water daily. Always plenty of sun beds by the pool. Plenty of choice in the restaurant but there is also a snack bar serving burgers salad pizza pide etc open from 2.30 til 5 and a coffee bar serving speciality coffees and cakes open from 10.00 til midnight. There is also a la carte restarant which you can book however this is payable. The private beech is 2 minutes away and centre of icmelor with shops bars restaurants 5 minutes. Marmaris is 10 minutes by bus (3 lira or £0.35p each) or 20 minutes by water taxis 20 lira or £3.50 each). The water taxi is well worth it. This is the perfect place to stay.

Nice hotel and great location
A really nice hotel located near the sea in the lovely town of Icmeler. The faculties are very good and the staff are really helpful. Sadly, as we spend evenings meeting friends for dinner outside we didn’t take full advantage of the all-inclusive. However, the breakfast and lunches were really good and had a wide selection of food, and at lunch much of it is cooked in an open kitchen bar. Even if you miss lunch there is a nice little selection of burgers, waffles etc available in the afternoon. The sun loungers on the beach are free and very comfortable, with cold water and tea/coffee available for guests. The one negative is the size of our room; little more than half a meter between the edge of the bed and other furniture, so it could be a bit of squeeze. Other than that would recommend.
