"The staff and hotel were great. It was very hot in the room, during the winter, due to absolutely no air flow without the window open. However, being on the front side of the hotel, you’re on the main road, so it was incredibly loud with traffic and construction going on ALL night. Bring ear plugs. Other than being noisey, it is a great place to stay!"

"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and especially appreciated the availability of an early check in. We really liked the proximity to places to eat and the short walk to the museum district, which is why you pay more for an older room like this. That being said, the family suite was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were also very comfortable! The only downsides were that the floors were dirty/dusty and the woman at the check in desk was very unfriendly, but this didn't deter us."
