No discount given for 6 nights stay bed linen was not changed during our stay. Towels were not changed for 3 days. Floor was not cleaned at all. Rubbish bins were not emptied Saturday or Sunday.

Thank you for comment ,If you would have booked direct, we would be able to apply a discount ,You booked thu Wotif where we pay 17% for them to take booking BOOK DIRECT AND DISCOUNT CAN BE APPLIED.As per room information folder , bed lined get changed on day 7 unless guest direct us to do prior .Again in information Folder there is NO house keeping on week-end,unled guest inform us .We are always walking around property and available at any time to what ever need to be done to give satisfaction to our guest ,Just AskI am very sorry for the shortcomings and hope you enjoyed the you stay
Wow a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The meals in the restaurant were excellent and the staff were very entertaining. Thank you for enjoyable stay. Would stay again.❤️

Pretty big $$$ for such outdated rooms with limited facilities in room. Carpet while clean looked dirty and at least 40 years old. Everything was just very shabby. Even though a microwave, fridge and tea making facilities supplied, there was no cutlery or crockery for meals etc.

Thank for taken time out to talk about your experience .At this stage we have upgrade room 1-7 everything new ,it's not an easy process as room need to be closed for weeks and we are very busy ,I know its not going to do you any good but Just let you know we are doing something about it .Cutlery , we used to put 2 sets in each room but every morning they had gone walkabout but if you have asked we would have provided you with a set .Price ,I don't think we are cheaper or dearer than any other Motel in north Queensland with same facilities .Again, I apologise if we where not up to your expectation ,we do aim high to please our guest
Good location. Check in experience was frustrating and time consuming. Person in room next door was drink and talking until 2am.

Bathroom toilet very loose, fridge freezer frozen to state that you could not put anything in, leaking through fridge, spoiling our goods. big step to enter inside from car park, almost fell over myself twice. for price asked, not worth it. overall feel ripped off. will not stay again.

We have organise our maintenance man to attend to the issue with the toilet as it is less than a month since the room was fully renovated. Yes apologies again for the frosted up freezer - when we were made aware of this issue we did change over the fridge on the next day or your stay. A good bed in a budget motel. The room was noisy but from the guests, not the motel’s facilities. We booked in a peak holiday period and everything was busy. I would recommend as a transit stay.
