We needed to request for late check out due to our international flight got delayed, they accommodated us without extra charge, which i believe was very considerate. 3rd time staying at this hotel, not perfect, still needs some improvement with maintenance but overall a pleasant stay! Walkable to Greenhills but if needing transport, they can book an Uber/Grab for you in the front desk. Will come back in the future.

When we first entered the room after checking in, we discovered the bathroom had a puddle and the towel was wet. There is no extra toilet roll to replace the skinny roll that was on the toilet holder. Breakfast buffet is less than mediocre. However, the staff are friendly and very accommodating, so this is the only plus in this stay.

The lady at the restaurant where we had breakfast was very courteous & wonderful. The cleaners were kind. However this hotel is NOT even a 3-star for us. I dont normally leave comments to criticize as if i dont have anything nice to say i usually just keep quiet. But im compelled to share on this hotel for others to be aware of. First, the washroom has MOLD all over the bottom sides of the wall including d shower area. If a hotel is well maintained a deep cleaning or maybe caulking will resolve this or whatever needs to be done as this could be a HEALTH issue. Secondly, the first time and subsequent times i tried to dial “0” to reach hotel desk operator - no one answers. Tried several times. Finally 4th day - tried again and after SEVERAL rings i got an answer - wow. So my question was “can i print aomething fr your business centre”!- their reply “are there aeveral pages”, my answer yes. There will be a charge. I said Ok. Then d operator said he will get back to me to find out how much and i said Ok thanks. Waited and they did not get back to me at all - at all… obviously they lack good customer service in this hotel. So attempted the last time. Ao finally they answered 3 pesos/pg - which was ok. Then they got back to me and changed their minds and said - mom its not 3 but 5 pesos per pg. I said ok. Then they changed their minds again and said its not 5 but 10 pesos per pg. Even though i can pay that cost, no hotel with good customer serv would do that

I love Summit Hotel. The staff topped my rating- they were all absolutely great and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. My junior suite was nice and big. The cafe had delicious food. Lastly the hotel was close to the shopping area and the Catholic church. It also was not pricey. I rate it 10!

Great stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet spread. Everything was good about our stay, except for the fact that they provided only one small toilet paper roll for two people, which we used up in the first day of our stay. Given that the roll was quite small they should have provided at least 2. I brought this up with management on our first day and the next day, we were still provided with just one small roll.

good location to Greenhills Sopping Centre very accessible to restaurants n bazaars. Credit to Vanessa and her team thank you for a lovely stay. Will stay again and definitely recommended.

My family and I had a great time staying in Summit Hotel Greenhills.Friendly and accommodating staff.Facilities, swimming pool and nice cosy rooms. Surely will be back again next time.

Great Location
location was excellent, close proximity to places i need… Greenhills Shops Fast Foods Restaurants Camp Aguinaldo Sm Megamall. Check-in was a little slow but got there in the end. Room was clean and staff were helpful. East to flag a taxi too along Annapolis Street. Definitely recommended.

Best Service and Comfort
From the moment you are greeted at the door for the first time, until the time you check out, the staff are friendly and go out if their way to assist you. I stayed here my first night on vacation a d halfway through I left my other hotel and returned here for the remaining week just because of the comfortable bed and incredible staff. Next time I visit Manila, I know to just book the Summit for two weeks ahead of time.

Newer, staff are friendly & professional. There’s one thing we noticed in our room which is the AC unit that has a damp smell especially in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel is Ok.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. From opening doors to assisting with my Mom in to the car. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms are comparable to the ones in Las Vegas.

The room was nice, but we encountered three cockroaches on different days. The hotel had an unpleasant odor. Non of the staff could smell it; they wore masks and apparently they were used to the foul smell. I asked several guests and they did smell it. One said it smelled old, one said it smelled like mold and one said it smelled like sewer.

Good location for first time to Greenhills shopping. The building must be a mixture of residents and hotel guests. The resident neighbors can be loud. Building contruction might not be the best because I could easily hear a baby crying and people yelling well into the night.

Everyone was very friendly and so courteous which any guest should only appreciate. I think the floor should be carpeted instead and the shower’s lack of water pressure was not great either but neither of which was detrimental
