Excellent location for my business trip. Shared pool with Hilton Manila, the pool itself was nice. Rooms are smaller than Hilton but still clean and comfortable.

Unless you walk around and explore the area you wouldn’t now there’s more restaurants in the area. Had problems getting water and no coffee. Stayed twice in 2 weeks and same problem both times.

Stayed one night here in Manila before heading to Boracay. Location was very convenient as the terminal 3 is right across the street. We enjoyed the dining facilities and the kids relaxed in the pool after a long flight from SFO! Definitely stay again.

Since my previous stay, in my opinion the hotel has gotten worse. Housekeeping does not vacuum the carpet in the rooms unless you ask. In a 5 star hotel this should be automatic. Floor in room wax was peeling off.not good . The counter on sink stained. This was on the club floor, Housekeeping arrive late to clean room on weekends. This stay wasn't good, I stayed for 10 days, only one day was great, I will rethink my stays for future, if improvements aren't address.

This hotel is convenient to Terminal 3. We still gad to take a taxi to Terminal 1. This hotel is overpriced—we paid $090 for one night. Not with it.

The Sheraton is a convenient place located across Terminal 3. As a returning customer staying at this hotel is the perfect place to unwind and relax a night or 2 to unwind in room comfort before venturing to my destination. The hotel offers room service or simply dine at the restaurant downstairs. A connecting bridge walk to the World Resort for more dining options or betting at the casinos for some fun is available. Upon leaving the Philippines staying a night before departure is ideal to avoid the rush hours to the airport. I will return on my next visit to the Philippines.

We arrive very early morning at the hotel very tired with no sleep, i ask the receptionist if they can accomodate us for early check in, she is very understanding and find us a room right away. Oh what a relief. Thank you Sheraton💮💮💮💮💮

We loved the hotel - the facilities, the room, the food at the buffet, and especially the pool. We just had problems with the staff: 1. Front desk during check in - he wanted me to pay for the accommodation AGAIN, despite booking and paying online, then he told me that my booking did not include breakfast (which it did), so he wanted me to pay for it AGAIN, 2. Housekeeping staff on the 2nd day - did NOT make up our room despite the sign turned on to do so, then did NOT refill essentials (water, coffee, etc).

Very friendly staff, quick to accomodate your needs. Overall room quality could use some work. The Cleanliness was great, however there were some issues throughout the entire unit. Switches now working, one side of vanity light not working, mirror peeling on sides, jacuzzi had a number of issues as well - one set of jets didnt work, music didnt work, drain wouldnt work and would leak into the patio after a couple hours. I would stay here again, however I would think twice about getting a jacuzzi suite.

Disappointing service. Room was not ready and we had to wait. Even after we got in room had not been serviced properly. Then in the restaurant we waited a very long time for a simple meal and finally had to leave. They delivered it to our room. Place seemed disorganized. Not like other Sheratons we have stayed in.
