Staffs are ok, it’s the meal that needs to be improved, I added a $4 breakfast on my daily rate and it’s not worth it, $4 X P46= a nice breakfast meal if I order it on Grab.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
We have booked our hotel before leaving to Philippines. Then finding out that our booking wasn’t in their system when we got to the hotel. How did my booking did not go into their system when they have sent me a text message and also sent me an email?
