I’m disappointed with this place, the carpet before you enter the room smells disgusting, there’s no towelettes, as you shower it’s getting flooded cause the drainage is clogged. If you request for extra towels you need to pay. Not going back with this hotel.

The wrong room. Amenities not good. Food is salty. Bed is small. Staff not friendly and not willing to be helpful. Tickets for breakfast given in the morning instead of arrival. The room not comfortable.

Property was in a good location, close to the MRT3, one stop away from Trinoma and SM North. It is also close to Eaton Centris (across EDSA). The staff were very friendly and accomodating. However, upon check-in, our room standard room was too small for 2 adults. No hot water in the room, but was upgraded to a larger room 2 floors up. Apparently, hot water is solar heated, so the lower floors have less hot water? We were also informed the the buffet is not offered (as indicated on the booking). Plated breakfast which consists of 2 Chinese, 2 Filipino, and 2 Western choices were often not ready or not available for the day. BEWARE of this bait-and-switch when looking for hotels with "buffet breakfast included" in the description. Bottled water in the rooms were often out of stock, but replaced with "service" (maybe tap) water and was only delivered upon request. The hotel is fairly new so I guess they have a few kinks to work out, but for my money, I'm sure to find others with better amenities and overall satisfaction.

The usual - booked reasonable hotel with good reviews. First problem was no mention anywhere of rooms being windowless. Next problem at checkin were asked to wait in glassed area with sun blazing through the window while they did - what exactly? Next problem room had no drinking water or safe. Suddenly the staff couldn't understand English anymore and were forced to find passing handyman to get us a safe. Next problem breakfast has no bread , then has bread which comes rubbery , untoasted on a plate with uncooked ham and no second cup of coffe unless we pay. The room had recently been renovated and that is pretty much the only good thing to be said about the place. Avoid this place unless you to experience Fawlty Towers in the tropics complete with a whole cast of wannabe Basils.

Relaxing stay at Prime Hotel
Relaxing stay, clean rooms, towels etc. but no slippers. We asked for extra pillows at no extra cost. Friendly and acommdating staff (front desk). I like that their gym has a massage chair. Will have to try their roofdeck bar next time. Will recommend to friends.

Great find!
First time staying at this brand new hotel for 18 days. Mr. Benedict Bryan I. Alava, the General Manager, was extremely professional and provided personal service. Amidst some glitches during their soft opening, he remained calm and attentive to the guests. The use of advance technology has created a laid back feeling for the guests and encourages independence. A great find!

Nice hotel near mrt quezon avenue
My stay with prime hotel was great. The staff and guards are very friendly, accomodating and corteous. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. Though they were still working in the hotel so i can hear them drill at night. The room was not that sound proof like other hotels i stayed so it ws not a big deal for me. The shower was cold since the front desk told me they were fixing the hot water. No slippers were provided. There free breakfast was limited since you were allowed to pick from the 3 choices that they have. It would have been better if buffet type. Hopefully, they can fix everything. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

静かで落ち着けます。
歩いて10分程度の所にショッピングモールがあり、何かと便利です。アイロンやドライヤーも頼めば貸してもらえるので助かります。私たちの部屋にはセイフティボックスが常備されていませんでした。何故無いのかはよく分かりません。
