Roach Motel
Front desk staff were friendly but not helpful. Rooms were infested with cockroaches. Decor is outdated. Mold in the shower. Lobby smelled like a dead animal as well as the elevators. I will not stay here again, please use another hotel for your lodging.

Older hotel that was probably a very nice place at one time. Everywhere you look there’s something broken or worn down. From lamp shades to bathtub, the place needs a lot of work. The worst is the elevator, only one worked and it is on its last leg. I would not stay again.

Dont try and go to the gym, its impossible to find and when you do find it, nothing works and half the equipment has vanised. The loose wires in the lift arent great too

If it were free it would still be overpriced!
One working elevator. Had reservations for the presidential suite and was not informed that the elevator did not go to that floor. Being disabled I had to take a downgrade with no refund or compensation. A friend checked in the next day and his suite reservation was also messed up. If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Pool area was horrible.

The Staff is amazing. The security is very friendly and assist with transportation. Everything is close by.

Nothing about this hotel is good. The hotel is old. The elevators didn't work. The AC was out, and I had to change rooms. The bed was hard as a rock!!@! No water pressure as well. I would not stay here again. They don't check you in until 3 pm, with no exceptions.

Very dated room,could do with a good lick of paint and an update,bits and pieces needed fixing all over,same as the hallways. Very good location thou, you only get what you pay for,staff are nice.

Friendly staff. Bad area. unpleasant smell upstairs. The building needs a thorough or good pest control. I hate creepy crawley. Taken a pic with cockroaches crawling on my coffee cup and bedside table.. plus no room service for food.

Expedia has posted the wrong descriptions and pictures of the room's I went there because was said separate tub and shower, 1 bedroom. Also says posturpedic beds. Not. Hotel was not at fault They need to update info on hotel Was a very nice place Except no room service

What I did not like is everything is falling apart, very unkept, zero service unless you ask for it. Never cleaned the room, had to ask for towels, mold in the bathroom. The staff was very professional and nice.

A little run down, underwear and trash visible on the ledge right outside the window. The gym is really just a small space with very little obsolete equipment. The pool is nice. The staff is professional. Room is comfortable it could use a microwave.

This hotel is a ran down hotel. I had to request to be transferred since the first room smells like mold, there’s obvious signs of leak and mold where the ac was located. The 2nd room that was showed has the same problem, the 3rd room has a lot, like a lot of cockroaches. I had to leave the light on just so they won’t crawl on us. It was really late to be transferred to another room. Had to leave at 5:30 in the morning. It was a terrible stay.

Upon checking in we were sternly warned not to smoke even after telling them we don't smoke. Got to the room and it reeked of cigar smoke. I immediately informed the concierge and he insisted that it's just the stale air in the room and not cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and notified them of the issue, not to get a different room or anything else, just to have a record of the fact that it existed prior to our arrival. They sent a housekeeper with a scented humidifier and that helped. There is barely any cold water coming from the shower head in room 712, even when there is plenty at the sink. So shower nearly called my fiance's skin and mine too. The next night I woke up to a teenager roach crawling on my arm and pillow. Thankfully that was our last night in town.
