One of the best thing about Filipinos are their hospitality, but the staff at City Garden are not. They act and tried to be professional about their job but lacking of hospitality.
My first room had two problems, one, the air conditioner was not working properly and the television cable. We had to switch room.
The second room the fridge was not working so they sent someone to fix it, which it did for a few hours. The next morning the fridge stop working so we have to throw away the food.
The shower curtains was so short close to the above bathtub, so whenever you use it, theres a big chance of the floor getting wet. So we have to wipe it all the time and use the remaining face towel.
But the most disappointing was that I never get any phone call from any staff to apologize for any inconvenience.
Even when I checked out, all I heard was everything was paid and you’re good to go.
No thank you for staying or apologize for the minor inconvenience. I will not stay here again.
