Clean, quiet, comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit. Really good value.

Our stay went well. It was nice having a separate living room since we were traveling as a family. Plus the kitchenette was convenient. It's a well maintained basic hotel.

The property was decent. Lighting in the room was poor. Had work to do at the desk so had to open the bathroom door for lighting. The breakfast that was included was not gluten free friendly unless you like hard boiled eggs. It was convenient though.

Very convenient! I originally chose this hotel because it was only a few miles from Spooking Nook Sports facility. The room had refurbished floors and an updated bathroom, waffles in the morning and a laundry room downstairs where I could wash my daughter’s uniforms. $2.00 a piece and the front desk had quarters. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet in a country setting. I would definitely stay here again.

While the property was nice, it should not be listed as pet-friendly since they only have four rooms available. When booking on Expedia, you cannot select a pet option, so I sent a message letting them know we were bringing our dog and asking about payment. The manager called and told me they had no room but would charge an extra $25 for cleaning. When I checked in, the clerk told me they had a cancellation on another pet-friendly room, so they'd only charge the original $20 fee. When I checked my credit card statement, they billed me $50. In addition, breakfast was all cold options, other than do it yourself waffles.

We were in town for an event at Spooky Nook. It definitely served our purpose. The check in staff was very friendly and the rooms were set up with lots of space. (King and sofa bad) Found some streak marks from the previous cleaning which gave a dirty feel but nothing we couldn’t re-clean ourselves. Breakfast was okay… nothing spectacular and wound up not even eating it. But a nice option to have if you needed it. Overall seemed to be a decent hotel. Would be even better with a truly clean room.

The Staff was very helpful and professional. The location was very convenient, it was clean and had a good price point. I have to say, I stayed in one of the suits and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I was so surprised. will stay here again!

We booked this reservation almost last minute for an overnight stay for a sports tournament at Spooky Nook. The price was very good but we didn’t know anything about the hotel. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room (and the the facility in general) and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The dining referral (The Cat’s Meow) was great!! We would definitely stay here again for future tournaments.

Our stay at Lancaster Inn & Suites was alright. I reserved a room a month in advance, but the man at the front desk seemed surprised that we needed a pet-friendly room at check-in, so that was a little frustrating. The room was bigger than I expected and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast could have been better though; the bagels were good but some of the fruit was spoiled and the biscuits and gravy smelled “off” somehow. We’ll probably stay here again because it’s the only pet friendly hotel in the area. If there were others, we’d definitely be open to trying them!
