The stay was good, however please make sure to confirm with hotel if breakfast is included. It shows breakfast included on hotels.com but hotel staff denies and insist guests to pay for breakfast. This creates un-necessary trouble !

Just to clarify that the hotel voucher received was on room only and therefore the staff must have clarified on the same. Terrible people terrible experience
On reaching the hotel, the first thing taht they told us was that the breakfast was not included in the price. I had already paid for the breakfast for 3 people and showed them our mail too. On asking them to follow up on this with hotels.com they said that it was a mistake on our side and we should follow up and not regenta. 2. Secondly they asked me to pay for a stay for 4th person which was 1500+ taxes. I booked a room which already has 2 people occupancy. 3. The staff had no manners on how to talk to customers. Instead they kept on blaming us for everything. 4. We got the second room at 7 pm while the checkin time was 2 pm. They kept on telling us for the whole time that the room is almost ready and will be given to you in 15 mins. We had a long journey of 9 hrs and we 4 had to manage in single room to rest. The room too wasnt clean and the toilet wasnt washed. 5. Also the restaurant manager doesnt know how to treat customer. After having breakfast I was trying to fill water in my glass and as my hand was dirty(after eating breakfast) i used my palm to press the tap. The restaurant manager barged in and was ranting that " this is not the place to wash your hands, this is drinking water". When we tried to explain him, he kept on arguing and created a scene. Overall a terrible experience. I paid 56000 which is a hugeee amount for such a terrible experience.

You have to walk about 200 metres to get to the resort. Staff will not help you with bags. Restaurant timings are very limited, quality and service really poor. When we ordered something from zomato they asked us to write a letter saying we can't sue them for food poisoning due to outside food! No smoking zone in the resort. Room, a deluxe room, had no balcony so can't enjoy the morning breeze and views. Beds are very uncomfortable especially for sex.

Fantastiskt
Vi är mycket nöjda med våran vistelse på Regenta place i Mandrem. Direkt på beachen, nära till allt. Rummen var superfina, sköna sängar, vi hade ett med stor balkong och havsutsikt. Bra frukost och fantastiskt service. Även jättefin pool. Saknade däremot en dusch ute vid poolen? Blev lite omständigt att gå in i ett duschrum. Summan av allt helnöjd, vi rekommenderar detta hotell alla dagar i veckan.
