This time I had to ask again after waiting 2 hours. It is almost as if they are trying not to allow it to guests. Had to walk down to reception twice to ask for assistance as the telephone line was permanently busy; surprisingly the reception was not busy when went down. Room for improvement on customer service."

"A great location just off the motorway network and especially handy if visiting RHS Bridgwater. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend this place."

"We stayed in room 182 and our only problem was the bed, ie the floor was wooden and if you sat up in bed your bed was sliding across the floor,it needs grips under the castors. I solved it by putting a trow under the castors."
