I booked Go Inn for 2 nights because of its 91% and 4 out of 5 score, but the experience is totally horrible and unacceptable.
We arrived close to midnight after a two legs flight, the lobby is okay but other public area do not have air con.
We got the room, settled down, and realized there are 20 ants go around the table. Then I saw #2 poo stuck on the toilet, and there are some hairs attached to an unopened soap.
It's late, I was very tired after a day of flight, and I didn't want to pack up and go back into the very hot hallway, so I just killed all the ants and did not ask for a change of room.
However, when I woke up next day... I saw hundreds of ants on the table, I wiped the table with paper towel, but after I went out for 2 hours and came back, the ants are back moving on the table.
So I asked for change of room, they gave us anther room, we went in and saw ANTS ON THE TABLE again... so I understand its not just unlucky, but the GO INN's quality is really THAT BAD.
They offered to clean the original room and offered a 10% refund (to expedia, they asked us to get it back from expedia). So we waited for an hour, but after we went back, we still saw about 20 ants moving on the table, but we knew there is nothing we can do.
We came back from the trip, expedia did not give the 10% refund, I contacted expedia, they said Go Inn did not provide any refund, then expedia tried to contact Go Inn for a week and came back saying they couldn't reach them.
