Recently constructed, clean, modern, efficiently staffed hotel on the outskirts of Malmedy. A good base location for walkers. Large comfortable rooms.

Great stay for visiting Spa Francorchamps
New property that is modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Great service from the staff and nice breakfast at the hotel. Clean indoor garage as well. Located near the famous race track, great stay for motorsports enthusiasts.

Great hotel but needs some focus to be outstanding
First time at the hotel but regular party to the area for driving at Spa. Great safe parking, nice room and the restaurant good. Need to deal with staffing to provide better service. We had expensive wine, but was too cold. It comes straight from the wine wall, which does not work for red wine. If service was better we could order red early. Need to sort out above if we are to stay again.

little things let it down
The hotel itself was great just what I expected clean and comfortable... Reception staff friendly and helpful just a shame the rest of the staff didn't follow suit. Was disappointing service to be turned away from a half empty restaurant with unhelpful staff saying they are understaffed so we can't eat in the restaurant but we could have room service? which surely is harder work then allowing us to seat in the very empty laid up restaurant area. Shame as would put me off staying here again

Very comfortable bed in a nicely-designed room using high -end materials. By Belgian and especially Walloon standards, the staff are top and all English-speaking. Location is an easy 5 minute walk from the attractions in the center of lovely Malmedy. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The check-in was perfectly implemented. As was checkout. The garage and bike garage were clean and easily accessible. The bike garage in particular was secure and very well equired with bike stands and charging points for E-Bikes. Our room was clean, fresh and modern with a nice balcony. Fridge was included but not so cold. The room was cleaned daily and staff were friendly. Buffet Breakfast was very good and we especially like the Waffle and Pancake Makers. We ate once in the restaurant and enjoyed our evening there too...again excellent staff and service throughout. Perhaps the plus point of having a bike garage could be improved by offering more to those guests with bikes - like bike maps and more information on the biking trails. We would come again and easily recommend to family, friends and colleagues!

Top over gans de lijn, Top medewerkers, perfecte service TOP ingerichte en propere kamers, perfecte keuken, correcte prijs….. behalve misschien een formule of een systeem om als hotelgast een half uurtje het zwembad per dag te mogen gebruiken (gewoon voor de snelle duik) er eigenlijk moeten mogelijk zijn… uiteraard is dit praktisch niet altijd mogelijk om de rust te bewaren in de welness die trouwens ook van top kwaliteit is….

Bij onze kamer waren er gn badjassen,die normaal wel voorradig moesten zijn bij het type kamer ,jammer dat we de gevraagde kamer niet hebben gekregen en op de zijkant aan een muur hebben gekregen.

Entre pilotes pour un de de course l hôtel est bien situé, neuf et confortable ! Piscine salle de sport et soins👍 Petit bémol pour le restaurant où il faut, le soir, manger tôt parce que le chef est pressé.. étonnant pour un 4 étoiles… petit dej très correcte!👍Excellent rapport qualité prix!

La piscine n'est pas comprise dans le prix et ce n'est indiqué nulle part lors de la réservation. Ce srrait bien également de conseiller de réserver le restaurant avant la venue car celui ci était complet.

Hoogstaand hotel, supervriendelijke en zeer flexibele service, uitstekend restaurant (kindvriendelijk, en beste agnus beef ooit), leuke wellness (fitness niet gebruikt), ruime kamer, zeer goed slaapcomfort, goed geisoleerd, terras van 3 x 4 meter, 2 liften, goede hygiëne, rustig maar ook vlak bij centrum. Enige opmerking: de temperatuur van de sauna is ondermaats en dus niet effectief, zelfde opmerking voor hammam, zwemwater net niet te koud. We komen zeker terug.
